Beautiful job. How did you route the juice tray and top before the edge of the board the way you did it upside down like that?

I measured where I wanted the juice groove and used the measuring guide on the router table and actually just stopped when it reach the correct measurement. Now that method leaves a lot of room for error and so I don’t actually recommend doing it that way. All it would take is just one slip and you ruin it. I have since got a juice groove jig made up that allows you to hold your router and do the groove from the top.
