I've made a new tiny steel marble track for a super special customer. Took me a bit longer then expected because of the rotation lift mechanism was in the way all the time. But managed to work around it. If you have any questions on the build leave them here and I'll answer them! ⁣
I've made a comprehensive tutorial on how to make your own check it out here: • How to make a STEEL MA...
It would be super exciting to see your marble track creations! So please share them with me on instagram / daniel_de_bruin

The amount of perfection and patience you have I’m astonished. Wished I had that kind of patience I would actually give it a try myself Also really new to your channel not sure if you made a video yet I was wondering if you can modify a plant pot to have a marble set but it activates when using water using gravity. Not sure if the project would be hard but any plant should be suitable for that pot plz try it on a small, medium and a large pot (Probably for a small tree. I think that would be cool also with some waterproofing so I can withstand the forces of nature.

Nice layout and great track design Also incredible soldering skills I recommend making the loop larger and reducing the centripetal force to the point it is just enough for the marble to not fall off. (Closer the net inertia relative to the ball is zero, better it is) More centripetal force causes more reaction force from the track, which greatly increases the friction and also cause the marble lose more energy by shaking the track more, thus, dropping the efficiency. On larger layouts with more drawn out elements, I also recommend clothoid loops over circular ones so that you can have more acceleration at the top where you need to keep the marble on the track, and less acceleration thus less friction at the entarance and exit of the inversion. You'll be amazed how easy is it to get enough force to keep the marble on the track as both magnus effect and centripetal inertia helps it and marbles are really efficient as long as they don't slip or change direction (changing direction laterally causes them to waste quite a lot of energy since they have some angular momentum forcing them to roll the previous direction even after the reaction force has defeated the inertia due to mass, again causing increased friction, keep that in mind as this caused me a lot of pain when building quercetti skyrail marble runs xD) Hope we'll see more of your creations :)
