For the number of vintage sewing patterns I've impulse-purchased, it's high time I made one.
The pattern I'm making is McCall 4854, and it was printed in the US in 1942 and sold for 35 cents (and also was not exchangeable, according to the stamp on the envelope lol). I decided to use a blue-grey cotton fabric with large wooden buttons.
Being pretty new to sewing, I made a lot of mistakes on the blouse, but I still think it came out pretty nicely.

The music in this video was made by my friend Carter! He makes some pretty great music content on his channel, so feel free to check it out: / @carterlam
The shorts I'm wearing with the blouse are also from a 1940's pattern! I already have their video filmed, so expect it to be released in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks so much for watching (and checking the description box)! Feel free to subscribe if you haven't already for more fuzzy sock plushies, crochet, sewing videos, and whatever else I feel like doing. See you next time!
