Have to agree, that dress is unhinged but it's also pretty great! Although I would absolutely wear the flames skirt all the time separately, it is on fire. There's also some irony in a witch wearing a flaming skirt that amuses me in a way. Fabulous!

I googled his name, Nelson "Madman" Bridwell, this was the overview.
