I made a classic race car inspired by 1960s-era formula one. It is made from walnut and reclaimed maple. I have never been to a Grand Prix, but I went to The Goodwood Festival of Speed a few years ago.

Nice job on the details like the suspension, intake and headers. My dad used to build race cars and I drove them. Great fun. Yours look like Indy cars. Well done!

Super job mate, love the little wishbones, excellent detail. I remember that period of motor racing, drivers like Graham Hill and Jim Clark. Rather more visceral and appealling than what it has become. Oh well. Thanks for sharing.
