EXACTLY!! if the expanding foam wasn't so, expandy and goopy I think I could have really worked in the patterns! with a lot of time i and patience I think hand-sculpting the on top of foam would really make it look accurate! OH I even considered making an a Xeno hidy-hole, but the neca AVP Xenos are soooooo big it would have taken a lot of room from the rest of the display!

ARF Regardless, it’s a very good job and the cocooned marine casting is a perfect addition! I’m rendering and 3d printing the Hadleys Hope corridor and junction. I hope it turns out as good as yours!

You don't know how bad I want to do that! I have a bunch of Xenos just laying around that need a proper display! I need to get the power-loader for Ripley too if I'm honest!

@@ARFed i just think it would be really cool and would make the display stand stick out even more than it alreasy does, plus a video where you turn a stand into a weyland yutani xenomorph hive facility im sure is to get you a good bit of views. I have a few predators, and i have the wueen and the trilobite, i def need more. Atm im saving up for when they remake the predalien.

I did a layer of plastidip for the primer and acrylic for the rest!

OH NO, THAT A BIG PART. don't worry though you'd be surprised just how durable the glue can be A lot of my figures have parts that just fall of hahaha

ARF remember the scene in predator where Dutch finds the skinned bodies i was thinking a recreation of that

I was legit thinking about something similar not too long ago! but I used my dutch figure for part a while back so I need my hand on a new one! especially now that he made an appearance as an older version of dutch in the new predator hunting grounds it totally revived the character for me.

Thank you for watching! my grandma used to live in Spain for quite a while! oh and the soldier was an old Neca colonial marine figure. the blue mold was "Smooth-on Silicone" and to make the actual copy I used "Art resin", But any resin works! thanks for the support!

I got them off Amazon like 5 years ago hahah! But search up aquarium grate flooring, I'm sure you'll find something!

HI! so it depends on what you're making a mold of! if you only need one side/part to look good then you can easily make one just by pouring the silicone mold over that segment with the good side facing up. the bottom would be where you would pour the resin into. if you need the whole object to be cast, then you're gonna have to make a to part mold. (video on "making two-part mold" really help me!) which you cast one side normally and the other side would have an opening where you could pour the resin! I really recommend watching a fast video just so you can get some good visuals! GOOD LUCK!!

Everything and anything!! It’s super sticky so be carful to not get it on clothes or carpet! I learned from experience HAHAHAH

If you have problems with pealing paint either you’re not priming, sealing or both! Always prime before painting! This helps the paint stick! I used acrylics ink for the paint since they don’t leave brush lines, and finally use a Matte sealer to keep things from peeling!

YES, Black plasti dip might be one of my favorite sprays now, its great for making things looks professional and uniform.

I got most of them when they first came out, either from target or back when toysrus was a thing, but I've always found ebay has a lot of good deal every now and again!

Okay do you know the company name that made these figures anything that could help me Google them specifically?

​@@MrCharphead yeah! every Alien/ predator figure I own is from Neca! There's another company doing alien and predator figure at an ever-smaller scale but they have an even larger selection, I don't own any from them but they seem pretty cool. they're called Hiya toys

I had enough of the neca one so there wasn't much point in making them!
