Making Almond Roca For Entertaining 

I'm making Almond Roca, which is a sweet caramel candy treat mixed with slivered almonds and topped with chocolate and is very similar to peanut brittle. Only 6 ingredients go into making this homemade candy, using real butter (do not substitute) that will have friends and family coming back for more. It's easy to prepare and is great for any occasion.

1 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp corn syrup
1/4 c water
1 cup slivered almonds
chocolate chips
