Thanks. In fact I would love to have a proper workshop (as I once had) now I'm sort of stuck in a communal shed with very few tools. Lucky that my friend has a lot of welding equipment. Who knows perhaps if my videos go viral I will earn some cash and be able to get some proper equipment. Thank you once again.

Claudia de Simone Well the straight parts were fine, the tight curves were a bit difficult but, cut them slightly larger and then ground down to the line

Ben Tagliarini If I were you I would buy a cone from a company called Cone Engineering. They have a selection of ready made cones or you can buy parts and put it together yourself. The ready made ones are about €120 which is really good.

Gym Hope to get it started before the summer and I’ll post a video. Unfortunately been held up recently.

To be honest it’s not something I thought of. I nearly packed it with fine wire wool which may have been better but was trying to go for a slightly quieter sound to not draw attention to the bike which it basically illegal in Italy. Unfortunately I never finished the bike and now have it up for sale 😞

It’s exhaust silencer packing but basically I think it is glass wool

They make wire wool for it too but that allows more sound to go through and is what is in the muffler/silencer on my other bike in the videos.

Luca Nettel I just welded a couple of spots at the top and bottom to hold it in position and to stop it vibrating loose.

paul anthony bulao Music is always a problem because of copyright. You have to try to choose a free one and the choice is limited.

Jatin Mahajan It has a 40mm diameter 50mm long inlet, main cone is 216mm long and 76mm wide. End cone is 50mm long and exit hole is 40mm
