Hey Ya'll! I am making butter today. I had some whipping cream that had sat in the fridge too long and didn't want to waist. Making butter was so easy! I just poured it into the mixing bowl and turned the mixer on. Now I have fresh yummy butter and fresh butter milk. I cannot wait to make some garlic butter next.
