I just bought the same router and looking to do the same thing (curved door in cabinet) but only in plywood for my more basic van fit out. Thank you for sharing. Now I know a template is the way to go. 👍

Hi sorry I don't have a link they are hc 90 concealed hinges the seller on ebay doesn't list them anymore I hope this helps 👍

So you tried to cut through a board for the door and cut the panel at the same time? Other videos show that when you cut the panel out the centre that comes out is the door.
