Chocolate Cake is one of the favorite cake for many people.
It is very tasty when you add chocolate icing and chocolate syrup.
Try this recipe and let me know how it taste.
Ingrediants
For chocolate cake
• Flour - 1 and 3/4 cups
• Chocolate Powder - 3/4 Cups
• Sugar - 1 Cup (If you like more sweet add one more cup)
• Baking Powder - 1.5 tsp
• Baking Soda - 1 tsp
• Salt - 1/4 tsp (If you use Salted butter adjust salt accordingly)
• Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Cup
• Large Eggs - 2
• Fresh Milk - 1 Cup
• Boiling Water - 1 Cup
• Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp
For Chocolate Icing
• Powdered Sugar - 2 Cups
• Chocolate Powder - 1/4 Cup
• Salt - 1/4 tsp
• Heavy Cream or Fresh Milk - 2 tbsp
• Butter - 1/2 Cup
• Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp
For Chocolate Syrup
• Powdered Sugar - 2 tsp
• Chocolate Powder - 1/2 Cup
• Boiling water as need to make thick liquid chocolate syrup
Special Remarks that you must follow.
* Make sure ingrediants should be in room temperature
*If you blend chocolate mixture only 20 seconds. IF you have a cake mixture machine do 2 minutes.
