Thank you so much for advising of the best the temperatures for this wax. I use cocosoy wax from Pure Candle supplies, and have had a much better end result using the temps you recommended.

Interesting about using the UV stabiliser to help with some Vanillin fragrances that can cause that brown ring thing. I also use the Pure Candle Supplies Coconut Soy Wax. And agree the Cold and Hot scent throw seems really good. And yes, pouring at the right temperature makes such a difference. I have been impatient pouring too hot and definitely noticed the difference in results. Patience makes Perfection. Also love love love your labelling. They're beautiful and so well designed. xx

Hi Rhonda, thanks for sharing another great video, candles look so professional. When you put the weight on the label, is that just the wax or wax and container combined?
@NelsonInteriorSoapery
@NelsonInteriorSoapery Год назад
It’s just the inner volume of the contents. In Australia it must be the usable contents

Me and a Friend own a small business together (We're only 13) and we have found that all websites have different cooling, melting and pouring temperatures. We use a coco soy wax blend from Scent Method which is in Sydney. They advise a 70+ melting temp and an aprox. 65 degree pouring temperature. I'm not sure if this changes based on websites but it's all Aussie and to be honest I'm quite confused. We've got 3 batches to be made in a week or so so I thought I should ask a more professional opinion. :)

Hi there. Firstly i want to say you are amazing. At 13 its great to try your hand at business. Each website will have variations of wax. All soys are different so the melt pool will be too. Id follow instructions from the site you got it from as their instructions are for that wax.

Hi, I love your labels and your candles. I have watched many of your candle videos lately and I understand you have switched waxes. Is the coconut soy wax, wax that has been mixed with coconut oil? I am also curious as to why you are using the standard wicks again instead of the wood wicks. Have you found these ones better or is it just for this type of candle?
@NelsonInteriorSoapery

Hi there. The reason I swapped is the wood wicks send the wax brown and I went to coconut soy as I could not get soy and found I like it as the fragrance holds better. Also I sell to retail stores and they all asked for cotton wicks . So many reasons but I personally love the wood
