A high vanilla content in your fragrance can turn your candle yellow over time and especially when exposed to sunlight. Also try using a straw to stick the wick to the bottom of your vessel. When measuring FO use a toothpick or skewer for the oil to travel down and it won’t drip down the side of your bottle.
I have been working with this wax for several months now. I have learned that the higher the temperature you pour the tops come out nice and smooth. I usually add the fragrance at 200° and pour about 195 Fahrenheit or 190. Great videos good luck with your candles ❤️❤️
I use coconut soy, and love it! With coconut wax types you don’t need to stir very long… maybe 30 seconds, and I’d heat it up a little more, 210 or so and add fragrance at 200 degrees. Thanks for your videos, always so inspired to keep going!
Nice video! i'm interested in finding out all of the info on fragrance supplier and load. Did you test different types/sizes? what was the vessel diameter? i'm having an issue with finding the right combo. Thank you!!
Hi Jerika, I love the channel so much. I have learned so much here. I would like to see more soap making videos. Yes, there are lots of those out there. I still like yours. More of a request than a criticism: more soap videos. I did get a logo created from your Fiverr guy.
Nice! You should try it out on someone that has sensitivity to candle bases. For example, for me, so far soy bases are the only ones that dont make me feel sick and dizzy. I wonder how this would be. Thanks!
hey zims! iam new to your channel just starting out I really love your contents learning alot. I am about to get a kit to practice can you recommend 1?
love watching ur videos. thank you so much. hv a question, would coco apricot wax candles hv trouble melting in the summer when shipping? i got the wax for the 1st time n i find it's pretty soft and afraid it's going 2 melt while shipping in hot summer weather 😊
Do you find it to be super soft? I used it for wax melts since it said it would be great for that and I can feel it melt under the heat of my finger tips
@brosiasbrews it's definitely not for wax melts!! you might like TW-30. i get mine from cali candle supply. you can use a 18% FL for super strong CT and HT. hope this helps!
