Today is day 2 of our Disneyland trip and we head to Disney California Adventure for a morning of rides, fun and food! Our morning started out a little disappointing because all of the rides we wanted to ride were closed but it quickly turned around. We were able to make some core memories, ride some rides, have lots of smiles, eat a delicious lunch and meet some of our favorite characters! We hope you had fun hanging out with us today! I'm amazed at how much walking Jackson does for a kid his age, especially after going from one ride to another only to find it was closed. Glad things worked out.

I love how Jackson was completely distracted by the LEGO store and it goes , "huh oh yeah." He forgot that he had to talk to the camera but that's why he's so adorable because those little moments.

I love it when people that are more familiar with WDW, like Disneyland. I always worry that DL/DCA will underwhelm them but it makes me happy to see it get so much love.

My friend and I (I'm 59, she's 42) were so surprised how much we loved Cars Land. Neither of us know anything about Cars - I know a little but never saw it in English. It just seems to be slower and quieter compared to Pixar Pier and Avengers. We were the LAST two people to expect we'd enjoy it.

@@cijmo DCA is much better now than it was when it first opened. Cars Land really gave it a boost and Avengers Campus is raising it to the next level. Unfortunately there’s just not a lot of room in California for expansion but they really try to pack it all in.

@@cucug8324 Yeah, I hadn't been there since 2011 and everything was behind blinds. You basically followed a trail to one attraction, then had to follow another trail to the next one. I really like what it has become. I don't walk well but I wanted my friend to enjoy the evening so I just sat at the Starbucks at the circle and it was so pretty. The Edison lightbulbs and the characters were all out around there, it was Lunar new year, it was really great.

i remember when i was young i went to disney world with the family for their 25 aniversary my arm was broken but we did character meet and greets and all the disney character sighned my cast and auto graph book my parents still have the cast with the characters signatures
