Making custom gears for a plastic mill, preciousplastic 

I had to make some custom gears for a plastic mill. The problem was that off the shelf gears were expensive and were too accurate/weak.
The material is C45, I predrilled where the teeth were going to be to remove most of the material and just finished the outside of the gear contour. The gears are loud, but zuper strong.
