I agree that making ice cream this way is better than rebel and the other store bought low carb options. Creamier and more refreshing, to my taste. Also cost less and is very filling, not to mention full of nutrients.
Thank you very much for the informative video on the Ninja Creami, by far the best one I have seen yet. ( Watched 5+ so far) I don"t think I need watch another. I enjoyed the science/mechanics behind the Creami and helped me to get the most out of my device. I entered the give away because I know my sister wants one too. I got her hooked on the Keto Chow Ice Cream 😁 She been a diabetic since childhood (type 1) and because of Keto chow she can enjoy ice cream without increasing her blood sugars. So Thank you very much.
I softened mine in a warm bath of water and then turned it upside down while still in the container. Did a re-spin once and the consistency was amazing! Love watching the different ways everyone makes theirs!
I used mine for the first time last night. Used Keto Chow base with dark chocolate powder, Ghee, monkfruit sweetener, vanilla and a touch of lemon extract...OMG, it was so Good. That hit of lemon gave it a nice zing that worked well with the ghee...so rich and creamy-YUMMY!!!
Thank you for sharing your experience. I can imagine how the touch of lemon would add a refreshing twist to the rich and creamy flavor of the drink, making it even more enjoyable. We hope you continue to experiment with different flavors and ingredients to create even more delicious blends. Thanks again for sharing your feedback with us!
@@KetoChowRU-vid This morning, I purchased a slew of Keto Chow packets, in a variety of flavors, to use with the Creami...Super Excited about all of the new ways I can use Keto Chow 🙂
We hope you enjoy trying out all the different combinations and finding some new favorites. Let us know if you have any questions or need any advice along the way!
Hi So I watched 2 Krazyketos do a video on this and finally at a Dirt Cheap store found a ninja cremi still in the box 7 in 1. For $96. Out the door . I made this recipe x three . I did chocolate toffee , root beer , and strawberry so good . Thanks y’all
I used to own a frozen custard business, we sold pints and quarts of frozen custard (low over-run or very little air in the mix) and because of that, they'd refreeze up HARD in both the store and home freezers. Too hard to scoop. Same with this product, the frozen mix has no air in it initially when it's frozen solid. If you take the frozen Ninja'd pints (leftover serving as if that happens) and microwave them for 20-30 seconds (depending on the volume and ingredient mix), you'll soften up the pint considerably without totally melting it. It might help to reduce that 'sandy' texture in the first processing to microwave it for a few seconds first, too. I have an antique Vitamix at home (probably 1970s vintage) and it works well with Ketochow or other protein drinks plus a few ice cubes to make something along the lines of a Wendy's frosty.
I sure love mine! Best invention Ninja came up with. So far, I made mixed berry frozen yogurt, orange ice cream, coffee ice cream, and strawberry ice cream. Trying different keto sugars and ingredients. Xylitol is not good bcuz the ice cream doesn’t harden enough, but otherwise delicious. Had to put it back in the freezer to firm up some more. Allulose seems to give the best texture. Hard but still soft and scoopable. And half and half is not good for ice cream. Mine came out crumbly. With Greek yogurt or heavy whipping cream, you can’t go wrong.
@@VeldaE12 Yes! Repeat spins are sometimes necessary, and adding a bit of liquid makes it creamy on the 2nd spin. Liquid like water, coconut water, cream, yogurt, any type of milk, or juice from a fruit.
Brian made me wait 24 hours because the directions said it twice! I was not happy! I have 3 more frozen cups ready...hoping for a creamier batch than I had the first time. I tried mixing it a bit different. P.S. I am lazy too and do not wear a size 10 1/2 shoe. 🤣 Thanks for the video!
Good to know I can definitely use butter in the creami. I have one on the way just to make KC ice cream! Im so excited!!! My very first KC was chocolate. I drank it over several hours and got very full. My next one was lemon. I used heavy cream in both and i got a very upset tummy from the second one. Im lactose intolerant because of a gastric bypass I had in 2006. So it looks like im not going to be able to use the cream but thats ok. Butter and I get along just fine. 😊
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're glad to hear that you're excited about using the Ninja Creami for making Keto Chow ice cream. Keto Chow is versatile, and you can customize it to suit your preferences and tolerances.
@@KetoChowRU-vid omgoodness I made salted caramel in it yesterday and wow, was it delicious!!! I've had gastric bypass so I'm lactose intolerant. The first couple keto chow's I made with heavy cream and I definitely can't be doing that anymore LOL but it sure was delicious. I made the ice cream with butter and wow was it super smooth and creamy. The ninja creamy just became my favorite Appliance yesterday LOL. I have to order some mint and a few others to see which ones will be my favorites. Keto Chow is very filling and very satisfying and I will definitely be a permanent customer. I absolutely love all the nutrients that you put in it! 💖💜💖
Great video! After watching your other video where you compared different types of ice cream makers and now seeing the Ninja I believe that I will purchase the Ninja. I want to try the Keto Chow with 1/4 tsp of Tara Gum as Steve has recommended. I believe that you should do a monthly giveaway of a Ninja Creani.♥️
Costco sells the creami with 4 bowls for 169.99 online and some warehouses. That said the best deal currently seems to be bed batth and beyond with 20% off coupon for $159.99 and get $50 in rewatds for spending $150 or more. That nets to around $110 or so, depending on how you value the rewards which must be used in 1 purchase. Can use the $50 in rewards to buy 6 more bowls. :) Edit: $50 back in rewards promo ended yesterday, but keep an eye out for future Bed Bath and beyond stackable promos. Kohls also has some nice promos on occasion, but generally need to have their credit card to be eligible.
Love the demo Chris. It's amazing you have not had anyone else in the family competing to use the creami! Your daughter I'm sure loved the ice cream Dad made. 😁
Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed demonstration. This video is going to save me a lot of time. I'm now acquainted with the product and I'm so ready to get started making 🍦tomorrow.
It's back in stock at HSN! I got lots of Keto Chow Strawberry while it was on sale, so I'm ready when my creami gets here. Might be able to get 2 more free from Bed Bath and Beyond, depending how their coupons work!
I am in the future and wear a size 15 shoe. 🤣🤣🤣 I also have a Ninja Creami and I am a certified keto coach. Never tried Keto Chow but may have to try it to make ice cream. 👍
I'm so excited to get my Creami. I ordered it last week from HSN! I also ordered a the starter bundle from KC. It was on sale so I was able to afford it. I can't wait!
I was on the fence since I had just bought my other ice cream maker not to long ago and my wife and I love! But pretty sure this review put me over the edge!
So glad you got the Creami. It is awesome with the Keto Chow. Its a new go to for me. Thanks for sharing your recipes and secrets to a good ice cream :-)
watched this before I've had no luck really refreezing them, they just are not the same as the first run. so if I don't eat it the first time so be it, oh I've learned to eat them when I'm hungry enough so I can, lol enjoy your days.
@@KetoChowRU-vid so filling and delicious. Been eating only Chocolate until last night. Tonight is the orange Mango. Can’t wait to get our Chow Club box to try other flavors. BTW, after 2.5 weeks on Ketogenic Lifestyle including Keto Chow I’m down 11 lbs.
lol I just found your video on the Creami and am delighted I stuck around for the Q & A session. I am a huge Monty Python fan, so that was one hilariously unexpected question and answer from the future. 😂🤣😂
Hmmm. So essentially the KC Creami is a little more condensed (unless you split it between multiple creami containers). Wonder if that is why people love it more than the condenser style ice cream maker. 😒
Allowing the Keto Chow to sit in the fridge for a while or overnight can meld the flavors, potentially enhancing both taste and creaminess. However, considering it already sits in the freezer for ample time before freezing, I feel like the difference might be negligible for the ice cream's texture and flavor. 🍦
A single serving of Keto Chow is equivalent to one scoop. To assist with measuring, the 21-meal bags include a scoop for measuring out the serving size.
Do you ever make it with eggs? I just googled how hot to pasteurize eggs, and they only need to get to 138 f. Since the Vitamix gets hot while blending I'm thinking it would be safe to add eggs into the vitamix with the Keto Chow mix. I'm hoping to get the new Creami during Amazon Prime week.
Try adding a little bit of heavy whipping cream and or some skinny or Torani syrup and then respin a few more times. That usually brings it back to life and adds some sweetness back to it.
You might check out this method if you find it a little icy. Also, remember to always do an extra respin if it's not creamy enough: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gNn9Bj6SQgo.html
Hello! I have the individual 1.6 oz Keto Chow pkts and I was wondering if you know how much butter to use and would I use the whole pkt to make 1 pt Creami container and just add water to fill line? Sorry, I’m lost!
You can use as much as you like depending on how many calories you want your Creami to have (I recommend 2 to 4 tablespoons). Most people will use one packet to make one Creami ice cream. Here is another video that may help: www.youtube.com/watch
@@KetoChowRU-vid thank you so much. I ended up doing 4T butter, 12oz warm water and 1 pkt (1.6oz) and that filled the 1 pint container to the max line. That tasted good to me. Thanks again and God bless you!
You need at least 10g of fat for the fat soluble vitamins to be absorbed, we don't recommend using less than that. info.ketochow.xyz/faq/minimum-fat-in-keto-chow/
I use my ice cream maker/ attachment for my kitchen aid mixer, I've gotten really good results with keto chow ice cream. I use both HWC (3 tbsp) and melted butter (2 tbsp) for my ice cream I didnt come up with the recipe, I got it from this channel: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AJAKaXnGH1c.html
We'd recommend using heavy whipping cream or butter then add either water or unsweetened almond/coconut milk. Experiment and see what works best for you.
The CREAMi came out about a month after I did that roundup. Since I got a CREAMi, I've used the compressor ice cream maker once. The consistency of the ice cream is so much better with the CREAMi it's hard to go back 😎
