Keto Chow is a nutritionally complete, ultra low-carb meal that tastes like melted ice cream. Yep. It's THAT good.
Don't worry, though: it doesn't have to replace your bacon and steak if you don't want it to. But when you're in a rush (eating breakfast in the car, stuck at your desk for lunch, etc.), Keto Chow is designed to be the perfect meal.
With 30+ deluxe and mouthwatering flavors to choose from (including nostalgic favorites like Cookies and Cream, S'mores, Apple Pie, and more), there are plenty of options to see why Keto Chow is the world's tastiest health food.
Thank you so, so much for both Keto Chow and SALTT!! I really can't imagine doing keto without these products. I just ordered SALTT and it's great; not super salty tasting at all, but you can tell it's the good stuff. My muscle cramps are finally subsiding!🥰
Oh no!! I didn't notice LMNT wasn't eligible for hsa card on Amazon my last order!! It went through so many I made it on the last day. Otherwise im sure ill hear from my hsa card !😢
Watching replay! Happy 4th to you all at Keto Chow!! Chris I have been talking about adding cocoa powder to cookies and cream for a while. Actually my sister Deb tried it before I did. The black cocoa powder is even better!! I use 1 tsp of cocoa powder to 2 tsp allulose. DELICIOUS!!
Can I mix the regular KC and core KC together in a shake or creamy...?I love mixing flavors together but only the reg, Flavors so far. I had to stop ordering for a month or 2 .My cabinet is full. I now have every flavor in stock. 😍I do love KC...💝💞
Use the 2kk protein puff recipe with the potato soup and add different flavors & spices, so cheese powder, chives, garlic powder, vinegar powder, etc......
Thank you so much for Keto Chow!! I have it everyday in some form. I’m spreading the good news - have shared many packets including my mail carrier, eye care professional, and business associates. I have made chaffles with the Baked Potato - so good! - I use only egg whites to make it crunchier. Have used mozzarella, cheddar, or a combination of those two. They were all so good!
Making Keto Chow with egg yolks can enhance the richness and texture of your shake. To start, gather your ingredients: 1 Keto Chow packet or serving of Keto Chow powder, 1.5-2 cups of water, 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream or melted butter (optional for additional fat content), and ice cubes if desired. First, separate the egg yolks from the whites, either by passing the yolk between the shell halves or using an egg separator. If you're concerned about using raw egg yolks, you can pasteurize them by placing the yolks in a heat-safe bowl over simmering water and whisking constantly until they reach 140°F (60°C) for at least 3 minutes. Next, in a blender, combine the water, egg yolks, and Keto Chow powder. If you're adding heavy cream or melted butter, include that as well. Blend on high until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can adjust the consistency by adding a bit more water and blending again. For a colder shake, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth. For the best flavor, let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, though overnight refrigeration is ideal as it allows the flavors to meld and the texture to improve. When ready, pour the shake into a glass or a Blender Bottle and enjoy. If you find the shake too rich or thick, you can adjust by adding more water or reducing the amount of added fat. Keto Chow is usually pre-sweetened, but if you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a keto-friendly sweetener like stevia or erythritol. Experiment with different flavors of Keto Chow to discover your favorite combination with the egg yolks. Enjoy!
Usually, most can't resist and end up eating the whole thing! But sometimes, it’s so rich and filling that many customers have to save the rest in the fridge for later. It's like a delicious cycle of melt and re-freeze! 😋🍦
Keto Chow looks good, but wouldn't it have too many calories, even for a meal? I typically only eat one meal and one "snack" (like keto hot cocoa or keto chai latte) and I'm not losing with just that. If I added that plus a second meal, I'm pretty sure I'd lose weight. Should I only use it as a deterrent from cravings?
Keto Chow is designed to be a flexible meal replacement, and the unique thing about it is that you can add your own fat to adjust the calorie content. This way, you can tailor it to fit your specific dietary needs. info.ketochow.xyz/prepare If you're not losing weight with your current intake, you might experiment by using Keto Chow as your main meal or as a snack replacement to see how your body responds. Using it to curb cravings is a great idea too! It’s all about finding what works best for you and your goals.
It's not true that high cholesterol correlates with heart attacks. Check out cardiac surgeon Dr. Phillip Ovadia @ifixhearts who has operated on patients with heart disease that have low LDL. Even if it did, correlation doesn't always equal causation.
In this discussion you should have differentiated between total cholesterol and LDL. I assume you're talking about LDL when you say cholesterol as total cholesterol is irrelevant.
First time making it exactly as this video showed. Shook my arms off. Left it overnight in the fridge. Woke up excited to try,........ and clumps! BIG CLUMPS. Made a mess now transferring what I could into the blender. What went wrong? 😢
Sorry to hear you had issues. It is hard to say for certain what happend. One common issue might be the powder getting hung up on the blender ball. When shaking, make sure the blender ball is moving freely within the shaker bottle. Sometimes, giving it a good shake initially to distribute the powder can help. Try adding the liquid into the shaker bottle before adding the powder. This can help prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom. Shake vigorously for a longer time, ensuring the blender ball is moving around to help break up the clumps. After shaking, let it sit for a few minutes, then shake it again before refrigerating overnight. If you still experience clumps, blending the shake after shaking can ensure a smoother consistency. If you do find clumps after refrigeration, you can warm up the shake slightly and then shake it again-the clumps should go away. I hope these tips help!
I like all of them depending on what I'm trending at any given time. Right now I'm using keto chow to make kefir smoothies every morning, so I'm alternating flavors that mix well with sour: lemon meringue, orange creme, strawberry creme, cantaloupe, fruit cereal. With faux coffee, i like snickerdoodle, ginger bread, pecan sticky bun, butterscotch, chocolate core (winter). I also usually mix a sweet flavor with yogurt and low carb granola for dinner. Pumpkin spice for sausage soup. I really do like all of them for various applications. Chicken soup for mixing with chicken and sometimes broccoli. Very thankful for keto chow.
Trader Joe’s makes an Almond, Cashew and Macadamia nut milk mixture that has 2.5g fat and 1g carb, no sugar and I use it occasionally instead of water in my Keto Chow. It makes it more like a smoothie or milk shake. Love it. It comes in an aseptic package in the area with the aseptic milks and coffee section.
I love my creami. I make my creami using butter as my fat source but add a scoop of equip unflavored protein powder. Comes out so good and creamy and gives me another source of protein. Very filling as well
I love watching your videos I always learn so much! I haven’t had the cream cheese in my Keto Chow yet, but will definitely be adding that to the rotation. 😋
I’m Robin that was my question. I did find one on marketplace hopefully I’ll have by tomorrow night. Will use after my 7 day challenge is over Saturday.
The variety of trace minerals in the daily minerals leads to various shades of coloring; it is mostly from the copper and has no effect on quality. You can learn more about that here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rF5sFkHaEY4.html
