Hello and welcome to Butterfly Effect Wares!

I realize this is an older video, but I had to comment on how much I love that hybrid captive ring pen! The wood colour and resin colours complement each other PERFECTLY, bring out the best in each! I always love watching the process….. I would be paralyzed before the lathe with fear of destroying it, but you - much like Michaelangelo explained his process - can see the pen inside the blank. I am in awe. ❤️❤️🇨🇦

The amazon links dont seem to be working. Is there any chance you'd do a tutorial about how you attach your diamond painting pens to your lathe?

Hi! I'm not sure why the links aren't working for you, I just checked them and they go right to the amazon listings for me. Maybe try copy and pasting them in a browser if you're interested in a particular piece of equipment. As for the process of turning the pens we aren't currently doing how-to tutorials for them, but we turn our pens between centers! There are a few different techniques out there, I think other turners have done some videos about their process.

Could you tell me the set up you have for your live center/tailstock? I am also a turner and I use just a live center, but it slips and enlarges the hole where the multiplacer tip is going to go. I would appreciate it if you could tell me where you got it or what its called. Craig
