Found it a little interesting that you skipped right through that 'OG 303 VS' preset there. That's actually the entire plugin's reason, inspiration, design, etc- Vulf Compressor came to be originally as an attempt to emulate the bizarre (bizarre in a good way, of course) behavior and algorithm of the compressor that was built into the 'vinyl sim' effect on the SP-303, way back from 2001. They vastly expanded on it once they figured out what made it tick, clearly, but the foundational aim/concept came from a little budget graphing-calculator-sized sampler and hip-hop producers like Madlib, funny enough. The main 3 parameters- compression, wow, and "lofi"- all basically correspond with the simplicity of the 303's vinyl sim FX- it's parameters are compression, noise, and wow/flutter. I have a 404 mk2 with that effect reincarnated, and was really struggling to get anywhere near the same sound with the Vulf until I found that preset and saw what it did with the ref dB and output dB parameters- guess that illustrates how some of the behavior with that algorithm can be a bit unexpected based on the parameter you think you're manipulating. If you haven't yet, check out where the main parameters go when you select that 303 VS preset. Output dB alone changed the entire compressor for me- I think I ended up matching it with a 58% 303 VS comp effect on the 404 with something like 58% comp, 15% wow, somewhere around 50% lofi, and -12 dB on the output or something... I think the preset goes -7 if I remember correctly though, and zero on the ref dB. That ended up being way too long-winded, but if you've got a moment and haven't previously, you should check this out- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W8qGxsKNfnk.html - and other stuff on their site about the background behind it. To my knowledge they are the only people that have come close to nailing that compression (and can confirm that they did nail it), although seems like a lot of people tried in more recent years
You have a thousand compressor and yet you didn't notice that the music was louder than your voice at 0:38? Sorry, but it's hard to take this video seriously after this.
