Ang manga Pinoy kapag na sarapan sila kkain sila pa ulit ulit. Hindi mo ma ssabing hindi masarap doon mo ma kkita yung expression nila. Lalonat masarap ang food na ni luto mo. Light a candle near you when you cut onions specially if you are cutting in big batches..It works wonders..the heat will simply evaporate the onion mist before it reach your eyes ^^

might as well cook crispy pata for your name’s sake 😊 just pressure cook or simmer a whole pata with bay leaf, pepper corns and salt till tender. cool and pat dry. deep fry until golden brown and crispy. for the sauce, 1/2 part soy sauce, 1/2 part vinegar, chopped onions, teaspoon of sugar and siling labuyo. very easy….

pro tip: put a bowl of water when cutting onions next to it, your eyes won't sting 💯.. chemicals from onions are attracted to the nearest source of water, in that case your eyes.. or you can just wet your knife 😁😁

Try fresh cucumber 🥒 dip with mayo and ketchup slice the cucumber like french 🥖🍟 mix mayo and ketchup into equal part

If your lumpia wrapper pack is dried out... Get a clean small towel and soak it in water (Lukewarm better) wring excess water. Put dried out lumpia wrapper in a bowl (big enough to accommodate the wrapper bunch) then cover it with the warm damp towel. (Extra step but optional) Cling wrap the whole thing to lock the moisture inside the bowl. Lumpia sheets will be easier to peel after 30 minutes depending on the dryness of the lumpia wrapper pack. Also... Individually peeled wrappers ready for wrapping can be put in the same bowl with the same damp towel covering it... So it can stay out for longer without drying them. This is good if you have lots of lumpia to make. 😅😳
