We ALWAYS check the expiration date of anything we pull off the shelf in my mom's pantry and tease her to no end. Last year I was over visiting and decided I needed some creamer with my coffee, my parents drink it black because they're monsters and never have cream. I pulled out a canister of powdered carnation creamer I found in the pantry, opened it, dipped a spoon in to find it was completely solid. Also it had expired in 2012. My natural reaction was to immediately text a photo to my sister because it was definitely a record breaker for this family.

Super simple recipe: 2 boiled chicken breasts 2 eggs 1 cup of cooked white rice Food process all together until it creates a paste. Then make little patties and place on a cookie sheet. Cook on 400 for 45 mins or until slightly golden. Place in zip lock bag and keep in fridge.

Very entertaining video 😂. Mix the cream cheese first, to get it smooth, then add the other ingredients. You maybe were supposed to whip the cream very first too, then fold in the cream cheese, egg, and seasonings mixture. It just depends on the recipe instructions. 🤷‍♀️

In the south we have “Boiled Custard”. I have a recipe from a great aunt, loved her- 😢miss her. When done it tastes almost exact like melted vanilla ice cream, very good. IHO, way better than Eggnog, do not like “the nog” … Much love & best wishes for the holidays and New Year. 💞💞💞
