Actually I was surprised. I initially ran the dehydrator in the basement because I thought the smell would be bad, but there was actually no smell. Perhaps because of the low heat setting, I’m not sure. Now my hands were another story. I was a while getting them free of the garlic smell after peeling and slicing all that garlic. 😀

No, I haven’t. I am guessing I would need more than a blade coffee grinder to process the wheat into flour.
