I met Miki and Sneze by chance, they make Ajvar the traditional way every year. And this year, we’ve made it together.
In September, I cycled North Macedonia from Skopje toward the West and then the Southeast.
Cycling for two weeks, 470 km, 5.000m+ elevation (yes, it was physically tough!)
