Making Mango Sorbet With the Ninja Express Chop

It's easy to make Mango Sorbet with the Ninja Express Chop! Just put cut semi-frozen mango into the machine, press on the top to chop and you are done in just a few seconds! Be sure to hold the top with two hands to prevent the top from spinning around!! And, be careful... the blades are extremely sharp!
This was an impromptu video, but I decided to share it with everyone! Enjoy!

This is so simple really. Cut it, freeze it, slightly defrost it, chop it up. Can't be any easier!

Nice! That was simple. Adding heavy cream will make it very rich.

You can add as you please! :). But adding heavy cream would probably make it more of a gelato than a sorbet.

Nice 👍. We have one of those Ninja choppers, and they do great, but they're damn sharp. Cut my knuckle taking it out of the box when we first got it. I now use a rubber spatula to get excess food off the blades since then. I'm a quick learner 😊

Yes, those blades are SUPER SHARP! Small razors!! My wife wanted to make this video for my daughter to see, but I decided to let everyone see it. :)

Russ. You are demonstrating the wisdom that you have accumulated as you aged. You had an “expert” make the sorbet. Tell your wife that she did a great job demonstrating this process.
