Very useful, Frank. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge. I am seriously considering buying a cutter in the New Year. At the moment I am doing some background research to understand what's required. I have used commercial masks for my aircraft models but would like to create my own as that opens up some interesting possibilities.
Hi Frank, I'm assuming you are using Silhouette Studio Basic Edition (the only software I have). If so, thank you so much for making this video. If not using the Basic Edition, which edition are you using? I'm very new to using my Portrait 3 machine and any help is truly helpful and enlightening. TIA
I think the design edition is has all the features I'm using. I think the free edition will do everything except it doesn't have layers. This means you'll be really frustrated trying to select your drawing elements as the image will keep getting selected. Totally doable though..
