Cape Lomond needs significantly more tax revenue as the city struggles under financial pressures. So today, we're going to see some significant new development in this Cities Skylines 2 series. We're going to create a whole new neighborhood, and we'll take our time and make it look good.
This episode will cover some expanded road networks, interesting, realistic road layouts, expansion of city services and a detailed, medium density apartment complex.

Thanks very much mate! Sadly the only animals using that dog park are the deer that roam the neighbourhood 😂 Just sat down to start the process for the next one, got some sweet screenshots for a thumby, hopefully the video will come out alright. 🤞

Really great to see that mods have opened up the doors for a lot of creativity here! I wish it had the patience for the small scale detailing like you do, it makes such a big difference to the final product. I'm hoping we get official support for custom assets soon because a little more variety in the buildings could be what this game needs to draw players in and encourage them to move on from the first one. This video really shows the potential that this game has to make things that wouldn't be possible, or at least wouldn't be so easy in the first game. Great work as always, looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Cheers bud. Yeah, modders are giving us the tools to make amazing things, once we have assets, we'll be flying. In the meantime, we'll try and eek out what we can out of the existing asset pool. :) Hopefully next episode will be ready for Saturday.

So, friend, at 10:00 the water thing. Idk how to use the river option you tried, but I know how to use the lake one and I think it will work well. Just select it, then right click in the contour line the height you want the water to fill in around the source and place it.

Yeah, the lake one's not too bad. Used that a few times before. I think I'll just add several small ones untill I can see it flows ok without issues. I dunno, we'll see how it pans out 😂

Можно 4-6 домов в длину, и крайние дома не по х1, а по х2, можно не 1 дом в толщину а х2... Прям целый микрорайон будет

If you press the bulldozer keybind "B" twice, it'll cycle though the variations/colours. There is also a mod out now that'll do it too. I've not used it yet, but believe it works well 👍
