Amy if only you knew how you fill our lives, how anyone can be lonely with you in their life is beyond me. Every video is like having a cuppa with a friend.

We tried the beef and broccoli in the crock pot last night and it was so good! So excited to see what is coming up for you all and so happy to see the smiles, but as corny as it sounds I will miss seeing this house, Ruby and the cats.

Hi Amy! Did you know you can put your sweet potatoes in the crockpot? Wrap them in foil and cook on low for 6-8 hours or High for 4-6 hours. They turn out so soft and good!!! (Regular potatoes also!!) 😊

Sometimes a label is a lifesaver ( though it is sad that we need them to get help). Finally having a label got my son services I could never have afforded, medical treatments that were out of reach, and the ability for me not to have to work outside the home for many years. Treat everyone with love and resect and a label is just a word for doctors. I lost my boy 5 years ago and I miss him so so much. I'd do it all again, given the chance.

If i had two fridges i wouldnt know how to act. Having one small fridge and freezer is so frustrating trying to shove everything in there so you dont have to run back to the store constantly. Id even settle for a deep freezer but i have zero room for one. So excited for you and the future❤

I use oven liner they are great . they are washable and my stove I had for 17 years finally quit working . When they took it off the oven looked like new the oven liners were life savers no more cleaning the inside and they can be washed off too. Love them!! I still use them. Hope it helps🥰

Hello Amy, its good to see another gather your fragments video, i think everyday we should try and use up what foods we already have in the fridge, freezer and pantry, instead of buying more at the shops, and it saves money. I just love Maddie. She loves us too. Amy, you still amaze me. Not many groceries and you created all that food. You are so awesome. I love going to my pantry and say, Whst would Amy fix? I just don't have as a creative mind as you do but you have helped me come outside the box. I Ty for that. Love to everyone.

We've started cooking our bacon in the basket air fryer on the covered porch. Way less mess. The hubby shakes/flips it halfway through the timer. The only cleanup is pouring grease into container and wipe out.

bake cookies that's what we did when we sold my M.I.L. home when she passed it makes the house smell like fresh baked cookies !!! just a suggestion :)

You can put tinfoil in the bottom of your oven. Then if you have drippage pull it out at end of cooking. Works great. I've done this for years.

Two of our favorite comfort foods are meatloaf and hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes, too. They served hamburger gravy at school as well.

Hi Amy! I’m the one who commented on the bean donuts not working for me. I said they crumbled and I finally figured out the problem. I baked them in silicone donut pans. I needed to leave them sit in the pans until they were completely cooled and set up. Like several hours. Then they came out like a dream! These were so good we didn’t even frost them. They had a wonderful chocolate taste and a really moist texture!

I think there's a difference between a diagnosis and a label. A label is what someone else gives someone, usually based on assumptions and misinformation. A diagnosis is something that a doctor or other professional gives someone so they can get the help they may need. I used to think that if my child was diagnosed with ASD (which one is), she would be held back by that diagnosis. I was so wrong. The "labels" she received were from people who didn't know her and made assumptions about her because of her diagnosis. But, getting the diagnosis helped her in a lot of ways. She moved out this year, holds a demanding full-time job, and is thriving. God is so good. I pray for her, and my other children, and thankfully the diagnoses and "labels" don't stop them from fulfilling their dreams. Just a side note/question: have you considered getting an over-liner? It might be worth it in order to help keep the oven clean or make it easier to clean.

I did listen to the song Amy. So I paused your video and felt strongly to listen just as you mentioned it, then I continued to listen to good Christian songs for some time after. I'm an asteroid victim twice and the people around me instead of helping me are thinking I'm crazy they're not adapting to me yes anxiety is a major thing for also I know how you felt when you lost your mom I two lost my mom due to COVID also she had major heart surgery but the only thing I have now to hold onto is GOD he's the source of my well being now.

I actually am getting a 2nd refrigerator for our house. 💝 Lol We moved last May to a brand new built house and it came with a new refrigerator and stove. So our refrigerator that we had just bought not too long before the move got put in my mama's garage. Still plugged in and being used for odds and ends and drinks. Well I really needed some more organized space for our food. So my mama said it was a good idea to bring it here. We have the space next to the refrigerator here. So my husband is gonna get it brought over on Monday. I'm really excited about having it here :) I feel like I'll be able to meal prep better and ship better without everything getting mixed up and around and not finding stuff or knocking things over trying to get to things.

Hi, Amy. Great food video. I went from feeding 7 people, then moved in with my daughter. Feeding 2 people was a learning process for me. LOL. My daughter is traveling so I’m cooking for 1 for a while. Who knew it would be this hard to cook for 1. Looking forward to your future moving videos and new house. I’m loving your cookbook, I made donut muffins today and I’m making the bean donuts on Sunday. Your hamburger gravy is one of Scotland’s favourite meals called mince and tatties. Every mother has their way of doing it, ours had carrot onion and swede or butter beans in it we were a family of 7 so anything that stretched the meat helped. X

Put aluminum foil on the bottom of your oven to catch spills.

Since you are trying to keep your house smelling nice maybe run to Walmart and get you a wax warmer , there is some brands that are more expensive because of the brand but the ones at Walmart work just as good in my opinion (I clean homes ) but u can leave those on and they will fill your house with the wonderful scents!! I grew up with my dad and grandparents house. At my dads we were very poor. My dad would cook hamburger and make a gravy with dumplings in it. It was so good. I thought I was buying ur book but I think I hit the download instead..🤦🏼‍♀️ not sure where it downloaded to, can’t find it. I’ll have one of my kids look for it. Im not sure where to start she does your grade 6 words of the week currently for a year and a half to improve but its a slow process and she could use some extra in this what do you think recommend ty
