I'm so happy you're putting out videos again, I binge watched everyone when I discovered your channel a couple of months ago!

Thanks Sean, trying to put out as many as I can but unfortunately they're going to be a lot more intermittent for a while due to work, glad you enjoy watching though :)

You are, hands down, my favourite creator on RU-vid. This is the first comment I’ve ever made on RU-vid - had to let you know. Looking forward to the day when you release more content!

Super job, well done. Now you can have a cuppa and a biscuit and sit back and enjoy your hard work. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and keep up the good work. :)

I did yes! Just a couple of softwood shelves, not sure if they have featured in a video yet.

Another solid fantastic video nice one J! Your concepts are brilliant it's already been said but glad you back making some more content! Fingers were a tad too close to that blade though, Building the ultimate Push Block / Stick making video next perhaps?! Remember it only takes 1 slip up to cause a nasty bite!

Thank you - I wish I could put out more videos but its hard to find the time in between work at the moment. I think camera angles can often make your fingers look closer but you are right it is better to be safe than sorry, and some better push sticks would be welcomed!

As usual. Great concepts and excellent execution. How long did this project take to do, start to finish, minus video shoot and editing?
@jmakes3745
@jmakes3745 3 года назад
Thanks Neil - the actual boxes themselves probably took half a day to make (although much longer if you include gluing up as I could had enough clamps to do two at once). The longest part was organising all the hardware (and I still have quite a bit of this left to do!)

Hi Neil, no not at all - I am currently studying in my final year so haven't had the chance to make any videos unfortunately. I should be back soon however & apologies - I should really have made an update video :)

@@jmakes3745 Oh awesome. I kind of thought so, but then I think I forgot you were nearing the end of your college years. Congratulations. Its been a bit sad, so many of the RU-vid woodworkers have disappeared over the last year or so. I miss your creative use of common materials and how you think outside the box with things others throw away. Finish well, and keep up the hard work.
