The table saw sled drawer is pure genius.

How about you just spend some time developing a template where you could use a router and bushing. Then you can fix each panel in the template and then you cut all your drawer grooves at once. This would take away all the measuring and setup for all the cuts. Then you are assured of accurate repeatability. You may also be able to set up another template for all the holes and do then with a router too.

BRO! This is Genius! just too add a suggestion, could this work if done built 1 single drawer too snap together like legos! could add even more ways to stack together and makes moving them a breeze. Anyway, your entire settup, in my opinion, the best build for a workshop and adds the most convenience! which is what we all try to achive, right? Make our projects more fun!

This is an awesome concept. Combine these modular drawers with Zack Freedman’s Gridfinity system and it could be the perfect DIY shop storage for any space and hobby. Love the stealth sled idea, too.

Me: YT search for DIY workshop cabinets. Scrolling, scrolling… a Jer Schmidt video? Yes! Guaranteed excellence in every regard.

pretty cool, seems like something IKEA should sell, but as for me, the plywood in my country is very expensive and because of that almost impossible to find, the only version that is easy to find is form-ply, but since it has a finish on it glue doesn't stick to it, well wood glue doesn't. And I doubt OSB would work instead.

Nice, Could you not put holes in the back of the larger (deeper) draws so you can use the space at the back without having to pull them out fully.

I can’t even tell you how excited I am to build this, I’ve procrastinated making my workspace functional because I couldn’t find a design that worked for it… this is PERFECT! And it looks beautiful too! I don’t think I’ve ever bought anything so fast and let me tell you, your plans are some of the best ones I’ve seen, so perfectly explained, even mentioning where to cut to haul the wood home, I can not tell you how much I appreciate that as a woman who can’t handle a sheet of plywood no matter how hard I try. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, you can always tell when someone enjoys what they do!

As someone who has moved a lot i appreciate that moment of silence for drawers left behind...

The "an engineer plans/builds shop furniture" energy here is wonderful.

I bought your grinder plans last year and started collecting parts. Today I bought the steel to go with the motor and VFD. Glad to see your are doing well.

Jer I am 63 and have been watching your videos so long I feel like I watched you grow up. You have taught me that those tiny little lines on a tape measure are VERY IMPORTANT. LOL Also there is no reason to rush through anything. If you don't have time to do it right, How will you have the time to do it over? Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing.

When you slid the table saw sled out my jaw literally dropped. I’ve seen some ingenious ideas on RU-vid but, wow… just brilliant.

Incredible versatility -- it's impressive how many you've produced. Sounds kind of addicting to just keep adding more modules...

It was a little flimsier than I expected. I had to add a 2x2 piece of wood to the bottom on the rear side in order to stabilize it better
