Going into this, I was thinking "always be riffin'', but didn't quite reach that standard. Definitely didn't land all the phrases (such as they are), pocket missed from time to time, etc. Ultimately, maybe not my tempo for what I was trying to pull off. Came up with a part I'm not quite good enough to play, but good practice nonetheless. Trying to keep that pick moving. I call this piece 'Slo(o)p'.
I'm liking the saturation side of the Deco set to min saturation/max volume. I had the doubletracker side set to slap. The Deco is not an overdrive pedal (acts like one though), but that setting coincides with how I like to set up overdrive pedals in general, just a little gain, all the volume. Digging this pedal.
