Making Mum's Curry - a rich, creamy coconut and peanut butter curry 

Mum's Curry is our most popular spice mix. It's the one we sell the most of, by far. And in this video I show you how we make it at home. It's quick it's easy and extremely tasty.
All you need to make it is some chicken, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a tin of coconut milk, some creamed coconut (optional) and two tablespoons of peanut butter (optional).
