Love the way you love our food... She's making indian food adding full of passion into it... Which is a additional flavour to make food tastier... ❤❤from 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Whoaaa....love that this happened! Love from the home of the vada pav - Bombay! And you made it with those crunchy bits and the garlic chutney! So well done! If you love this spicing, then you definitely should try a misal pav too...youre becoming a Mumbai streetfood person!
First of all I really loved that you gave a try to make our food and provide knowledge to other Western people who aren't aware what they're missing out. I love the enthusiasm which you showed up while making the recipe. Hoping more videos are on their way similar to this❤❤
best dish out there, easy to get cheap, every, one prefers streets version, many have tried other version mostly failed, generic one tops all the time. I live in Mumbai and here Vada pav is fav for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like the way you discover and then try at home, this is so good, i bet you will miss vada pav soon and end up making it again and again.
Absolutely great job, I usually don’t comment but I had to since it looks great, I loved how you knew what you are doing and you have total control over what you are doing. ❤❤❤
U did real well for first time. Few points to make it better: 1. Use black mustard seeds in potato mix along with cumin. 2. Chop the curry leaves fine for potato mix. 3. Make a sweet date &/or tamarind sauce too next time. 4. For dry chutney, use peanuts &/or dry roasted coconut flakes with garlic and chilli. (U can add crispies if u want) 5. Keep the shape round as ball and not patty like. 6. Use russet potato bcz gold will get soggy.
U made me hungry...I was drooling literally....I do eat this every week..just fab..beware these are addictive.....i can eat this any time in day....u can add tamarind and mint chutney along with dry garlic chutney in pav n njoy ... believe me we mk these usually at home....
for tiny bits you can use A handheld utensil with small holes..... u can buy it from market........... usually used to fry puris in pan.. 2) if u put this batter inside a cloth.......fold the cloth ....and put pressure to drop it in fry pan.......then small rectangular pieces of Snacks can be prepared.... which you brought from some store..... ( ur episode of popular indian snacks )
Namaste... Dear Jessica... wishing you great delicious 😋😋😋 going... Love from Bharat...❤️❤️❤️ I am sure your one birth is from Bharat...and is the reason you are so intimately connected to our food...
It's Kashmiri chili powder, Kashmir is region in India where a special type of chilly is produced bright red bt didnt taste hot it is used as giving colour in Indian dishes like the in butter chicken etc
It’s a go to snack for everyone in my state Maharashtra, and it’s extremely popular everywhere! In some places they add tamarind chutney as well along with green chutney
Always remember to add a pinch of cooking soda in the better for fluffyness and rest for 20 to 30 minuts...Love You like & Make Indian food...Keep going Mam' love it ❤
You will find Vada Pav... Every 50 metres you'll find a stall in Mumbai steets... Though it is Maharashtra's famous snack... especially Mumbai's famous snack... It is made in most of the famous cities in India... Vada Pav is my very very favourite snack.... I eat at least 4 vada pav at one time. The day your Honest Indian Restaurant visit video was released...that day I had made vada pav at home... I can eat vada pav anytime and all the time. If you wake me up midnight and ask for vada pav... I won't say "NO"... My only condition is vada and chutneys should be spicy...and fried green chillies are a must... My mouth is drooling watching you making Vada Pav...
As indian , I'm so happy to watch you cook Indian food in your house...as I say I'm pure vegetarian...I love all indian vegetarian food..try samosa kachori and more indian food..
#Alfanso_And_Jesicca ajwain is not added for taste it is added to avoid gastric problems. Next time while making Vada please try with fresh lemon, a bit of sugar, green chilly paste and lots of coriander. Try it once
Awesome to see u recreating the critical recipes with so much fun. Next time just roast the buns in butter for a little bit softness and added flavor. Then u can start ur own restaurant with such amazing cooking skills 😅
Try Gujarati Khaman Dish. There are multiple types of it. You can find on RU-vid. I love it. 2. Try Cholaphali with chatny. I don't know if it is sold there or not but it's very nice.
U forgot to put lemon juce and pinch of sugar in vada. dont put garam masala .... garam masala is for samosa !! And i loved you cooking this recipe is good ❤
