Making My Bike Look Terrible And A Trip To The Butchers For Blue & Bodie 

Thanks Craig, had some cheap matt black A4 vinyl sheets from making decals. Just put a sheet on the back of the numberplate on my bike, no more visible oil splatter from the chain.

Officer: "What's in the luggage?" Craig: "Giant pigs ears... oh shit, now his cap will fall over his eyes won't it."

Buy a Northern Ireland registration mark with 6 characters, including letter "I" and number "1", from the DVLA and you can have a legal small(er) plate for only 499 quid. 😊

Talking of police, I got pulled for speeding on my 750 Norton back in 1972 in AUD. when I stepped off my bike, the 10 inch shifting. Spanner I had in my flying boots fell out on the road. I casually picked it up and the cop said that’s a hidden Weapon!!! I said, no it’s a brand new bike and I have to keep checking all the nuts !! 😂😂

I have had American style, size and shape numberplates on my Mustang since 1992 and never been stopped. It also used to pass MoT's before it became exempt so I would go ahead and fit American numberplates to your bike. As long as its the correct UK reg it shouldn't be a problem.

The state of roads when approaching some of the roundabouts was pretty poor and seeing cars parked facing traffic was strange, I have been out of the UK for almost 20 years. In NZ/AU the cars have to park with the flow of traffic if that makes sense🙂

I still have my Indiana license plates, I wish I could use them over here. The "official" sized plates look rediculous.
