The Hassan's don't have particularly _human_ complexions though. There is still Queen of Sheba, Scherazade, Arjuna, Ashwatthama/Aśvatthāman, EMIYA Alter(JP), Geronimo, and later ascension Beowulf.

Most of the Nero fans were introduced to her in the Fate/Extra series where she had genuinely good characterization and growth. In F/GO she was a mostly complete character that had nowhere to go which made her awful.

Thing is, if the host gives a list of names, then all depends on how much the guesser knows about history and myths and how much time he wants to spend on an individual character. If there is a list of names, it should have more false leads, 4 out of 35 is not nearly enough to make it like a real deduction.
First time I saw him, before I even looked at any information whatsoever, the first time Moriarty appeared on my phone screen the exact words out of my mouth were, "Is that fucking Moriarty?" I also adore his grandpa/cool uncle personality. I like Iskandar more though.
Altera is one of my favorite Fate characters, but she definitely is one of the most complicated characters to explain if you don't know anything about her. Almost all of her story requires knowing about Fate lore, and some of it is pretty obscure. Thankfully I was introduced to her through Extella, which I think does the best job of explaining her deal out of anything she's in.

I think most people are into Ivan's design tbf. I myself am a degenerate amassing a waifu army but I can't deny Ivan is a final boss you engage in an epic finale type of character.

Ivan sadly despite being extremely solid all around is overshadowed due to not being hyper focused for farming. People want expedited farming sadly so just being extremely solid isn't enough.

Gawain actually doesn't do much in most versions of the myth. His main accomplishment is 'kind of failing at keeping his word entirely, but that's okay'.

Yeah, he planted his spear on the hill where he founded Rome, and as the "source" of Rome itself, it also represents the large tree his mother saw in a dream which represented Rome. Because of this weird connection, he can control plants with the spear.
The part where you two just goes on a tangent regarding the characters were the best part for me, so I am honestly disappointed that you two just kinda immediately skipped discussing Wu Zetian. Her backstory was obviously just an excuse to have a half-naked loli in the roster, but for an excuse, it was a pretty interesting one that kinda touched into the condition around the mind of an empress of China. In my eyes, the stupid premise of making an adult woman into a loli, more so a half naked one, is ground for making a very interesting story than if the character is a simple "normal" woman. How would the author integrate her materializing as a loli, instead of her more famous classic bewitching sexy woman that she was, while making sure that it would not be out of character for her as an empress of China? How would they justify it? How would this justification affect our view of her mental state during her time as an empress and her time as our servant? Things like that. The fact that the premise is absurd, far fetched, and frankly bizarre is the spice that adds even more intrigue to the character. Just like the recent heart to heart talk we were having with Moriarty during his Chaldea Boys event. That scene adds even more intrigue and spice to our understanding of his character. He was not just some simple smart and witty criminal. His view on his life and principle shed some light to his character that would otherwise be unknown to us because of his usual antics. Granted, that what was changed, or rather added, to Moriarty's character was not his appearance, but his "sense of value". The element is different, but the concept is the same. Personally I buy the in game explanation, that Wu decided to manifest as herself where she had the most potential, when she just got picked to serve the imperial household. Plus making her a child tones down the suuuper awful stuff she was into irl.

The little flying thing near Blavatsky (or, more properly, in Russian you read her surname as Blavaskaya) is supposed to be referencing Henry Steel Olcott, the man she befriended after moving to the US and the co-founder of the Theosophical Society. If you google this man and have a look at the photos, the "bierded penguin" in the picture actually looks a lot like him Great videos though, actually loving it more than any other videos of the type where people just make random guesses, cheers to you and your friend, looking forward for more (assuming you are going to make more)!
The whistling thing in the executioners sword is new to me. To my knowledge, those three holes at the end of the Blade were, so you couldn't grind it to a point, and therefore not really use it in a fight, because it was very shameful to die through an executioners sword. And because of those holes, grinding a proper point on this blade would take off so much material, that it's way too short.
I would love to see a video of you explaining Altera and Sefar and Velber and its Arks of the Stars to him. Please do that. @@DolusVulpes if you use first or second ascension shes Pele and her outfit can be explained by saying it represents summer time. If you use Final ascension shes Nyarlethotep which is supposed to be weird.

During the story that he was involved in he and everyone else besides the protagonist group were being puppeteered by the true villain behind the curtain. If anything Columbus’s negative traits were enhanced for the ends of the villain. Not to say that Columbus is good, in fact he is one of the few human servants who intentionally ignores modern sensitivities in order to remain himself. He refuses to change like other servants just because his time period has passed. Also fun fact there are two other Columbus’s created by his illustrator. A Columbus lily which was him in his youth and a Columbus alter who is him without all the negative baggage basically a mirror reflect of regular Columbus.

Yeah jack the ripper's outfit is trash, I'd leave her with the coat. But, having said that i kinda understand why he's depicted as a child, if I'm not mistaken the reason jack murdered prostitutes is because her mother was one and at one point she tossed him aside in a way, so he's kinda like a child looking for a mother's love (at least mentally). Also I love that in the Fate franchise they made the character have multiple personalities along with an ability that makes you forget him once he hides in the fog/mist.
Now if someone wants a better depiction of jack the ripper, I'd suggest reading or looking for the manga Records of Ragnarok, that Jack the Ripper looks amazing.

Since no one knows his true identity, he's a shapeshifter, able to turn into anything. He even disguises himself as a watch that his Master wears. He even at one point turns into Assassin Jack, noting that he must be able to turn into her due to a connection of sorts.
Typemoon actually genderbent one female: Red Hare Yup. The fandom also questioned why we got loli Wu and was especially mad when adult Wu was shown in one of the manga. Why didn't we get the adult Wu? And speaking of Romulus, Nasu really wanted to do more with him. It finally happened with Quirinus and, boy, they did not disappoint! He's one of the coolest characters in the whole franchise.

When you say they butchered the anime adaptation of Bedivere what do you mean? As far as i know the movie has yet to come out outside of japan. So i don't know what you're talking about.
There have been a lot of reports from Japan that the first movie was really bad, there's a bunch of behind the scenes chaos with overworked animators not getting paid for their work in the movie, all indications are that the whole thing is a mess.
Oh he must mean the 2006 adaptation for the Fate route. All around the work is pretty bad, many mistakes. One of those errors was despicting Bedivere as a woman in Artoria's memories. Not gonna lie, I also was confused about her- I mean, him, just look at he-- him! You see? I did it again
@@toyota.corolla no, definitely talking about the Camelot anime. Fate/Stay Night 06 by Deen gets way more hate than it deserves. Back then, Fate was a singular visual novel with a fan disc. It was getting an anime adaptation, at the time thought to be the only one it would ever get, so they tried to make an anime which allowed for all characters to shine. That's why we get to see Archer fight, get hints at Archer's identity, see Shirou project Kanshou and Bakuya, told about Sakura's back story etc. All things normally left for later routes, but this anime was the only one Fate was probably going to get. It even incorporates a lot of its visual language straight out of the VN. And stays true to things even ufotable got wrong (look at Sakura's hair in Fate/Zero compared to in FSN 06 etc). Bedivere may or may not have been a woman in it. Who knows. It's not like the original release of the VN was voiced any way. Voice acting came later - reusing the voice actors from FSN 06, in fact. The budget was appropriate for an adaptation of "some VN which came out the other year" at the time, and that's why it looks bad. But it had a lot of heart. Sorry for the rant. It's just a pet peeve of mine that just because we get more focused adaptations nowadays when the franchise is big, people trash on what was such an honest and well-received adaptation at the time.
