A controllable robot that grabs and decapitates people maybe? How it moves (wheels, legs, rockets, etc) is up to you.

Make an automatic cannon that fires nuclear warheads all the way to the other side of the huge map, far enough away from itself that it will survive the explosion. Use this to destroy a small medieval/amish village, if this is impossible, use the energy absorbing bombs, if that is also impossible, use the regular bombs for ammunition. This will revolutionize warfare

You should make a SPAAG(Self-propelled Anti-air Gun), you can use only one gun and it should be able to follow a plane, while being able to move faster than a tank(no jets or propellers)
