Making Nigerian Wara/Wagashi | Traditional Cheese Making 

Cheese is a nutritious food consumed widely across the globe and there are different methods of making cheese. We visited a Fulani dairy farm in Nigeria to learn how traditional cheese (Wara) is made. We filmed all the processes involved from milking of the cows to the actual cheese making.
