I have the leaf in my backyard, just contact me. Lol this came out really nice thanks for sharing. I love wagashi jollof rice. My dad's favorite. He's a partial vegetarian so we make our own wagashi,we fry some, roast some and use some to make light soup for him.and sometimes we will make evaporated milk from the fresh cow milk. Thanks for sharing.
OMG this is my favorite!!! Thank you so much. I will try this today chai. Can you please make" kulunkanwa porridge " and also "tubaani" someday if possible ? You got a new subscriber 👍.
my Ghana husband's favorite. I'm going to try to make this tomorrow. Can you put this in stew or light soup or do you just eat it on its own? How much lime juice do you put in the 4 pints of milk? I want to make sure I make this recipe correct :)
No I did not that's because is the same thing I got the curd from I mean the milk I got the wagashi from yea I used the water that's the reason is looking yellow 🙂👍
Thanks Fauzia, very simple and straight to the point!! Where can I find that white fabric you used to drain the water. I can't find any , any suggestions folks??
What leaf is that pls and must you keep the water you drained so you cook it in ,or you can use plane water incase you can't finish the wagashi same day and want to keep some
I forgot the name but I think you can get some at the market and no if you are not using the wagashi right away just throw the water and anytime you want to use the wagashi use plane Water and add salt to your taste and cook it👍thanks for watching dear😍😘
Well it's similar but this needs acid to get the curd and the milk should be fresh cow milk or whole milk but with Halloumi, it's a mixture of sheep and goat milk and renet is used to get the curd you don't add acid to it and you can sometimes use cow milk too👍👍
😂😂😂my dear you have made my daymay, Allah bless you .thank you soooo much but how can I use the leaf if I get some in Ghana. Will like to try. Yummmmmmy
You need to grind or squeeze and add like 2 tbs of the milk to it and strain the liquid you get from the leaf then use it like how I used the lemon juice M'kay 😊👍😍😘

Have forgotten the name but if you live in Ghana you can ask at our local markets from those selling leaves or wagashi and they will help you with that alright 👍
I don't think so ,it looks the same but I think tofu is made with soy milk but wagashi is made with fresh cow meat/whole milk 🙂👍thanks for subscribing 👍
With Mozzarella, you off the heat when the milk starts boiling before you add your lemon or distilled vinegar but this you add on the heat👍👍hope you understand
