The art of jersey making. Check out how Nike makes jerseys on the spot .Lucky fans also had their dream come true on Thursday when they had a chance to deliver those very jerseys to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. Pretty cool indeed.
i was actually thinking about this today, like how was it that they had the jerseys ready to go if sometimes the players didnt end up going to the teams people expected.
@@deutsch-amerikanisch8281 you must not have understood the comment. If you were to order a fancy elite jersey that's almost $400, they say 3-4 weeks. But in his video, it took them less than a minute.
I watched something like this one time. I always wondered how is it that they knew who was going to what team. They just stick the last time name onto the jersey. Genius.
This is cool, though I notice they are the replica jerseys with screen printed names - easy. I wondered about how they make the sewn on game day jerseys, specifically for a player who was maybe added to the roster at the last moment? How do they make them, are they made by the team custom shop or Nike and if by Nike, how do they turn around production and delivery at a day or two notice?
Teams have on-duty seamstresses that travel with their tools with the team. They have blank jerseys and pre-numbered jerseys ready to go for when someone is brought up last minute.
I buy my Cowboys jerseys in Guatemala City where Nike have their factories, because it is more affordable when i visit "Chiapas", crossing the southern border and entering Guatemala than buying them in stores because it almost costs 2,500 mxn, depending on what season it is.
