Imagine props like this used for movies. You don't need an entire animatronic, just an articulated mask. Gives me Neverending Story vibes! It's so cool 😭😭😭
Honestly if we're going for full wolf head style werewolves, I prefer a larger body. If we're going wolfman style then obviously fully practical effects with make-up and prosthetics. Something about a full wolf head but regular human body doesn't sell monstrous murder machine for me. It almost feels like a person in a costume like a fursuit rather than a hellish hound of the night. Though the rare hybrid of snout but more fleshy and humanoid than canine is delightfully creepy and unhinged to look at but not as liked or used. But that's just my personal taste. Either way, op is impressive for this.
@@Cjoudan I am in no way implying practical effects shouldn't be used on werewolves. Practical effects are what should be primarily used for werewolves. Just stating I prefer either hulked bodies or, honestly much prefer, unnaturally long arms, legs, and torso. Which are harder to do with a person simply wearing a mask and human sized costume. Need to add stuff like limb extensions, stilts, etc. But that's just my personal taste on werewolves I prefer, not a demand of how things must be. Get creative with your monsters, always. Go big or go home. And clearly the mask maker in this video went bigger than big.
Holy crow, it’s stuff like this that makes me want to get into animatronics and special effects for movies. Seeing stuff like this come to life is as a practical effect is waaay cooler than cgi
Sorry but tall acting like clowns over the old comment all I gotta say here is get a grip on reality and stop being so mad at some random autistic kid for just saying that the thing isn't a furry suit
Omg!!! Seems so much better than what a lot of studios put out! Absolutely beautiful and I could feel your passion in this. It's totally giving me Van Helsing vibes 🥰
This is so incredible? The level of artistry and engineering is so amazing and the end result is so stunning! Honestly so beautiful and so happy this showed up in my recommended to show me such a beautiful project!
The number of skills on display here is really incredible. Envious of your having learned so much! The finished piece looks awesome! And like a good jaw exercise lol
I’ve seen a few wips of this build on Twitter and was blown away! It’s amazing to see how much work went into this, because it paid off! Fantastic work ❤✨
I may not be a furry or a therian but I respect you guys like heck for the things you go through both online, in real life, from your family and to make your fur suits/masks ❤
I saw this mask when it made the rounds on the internet a couple years ago, and was blown away. I never new this guy got furred, that’s so cool! Truly awesome 🤙🏻
This is so cool, I wish I could do this lol. I actually like the mask without the long fur better but the final product is also sick edit: okay this is probably extremely obvious, but you are going to blow up for sure! I actually can't believe the amount of views you're getting on all of your videos for such high quality work, just give it time!
The application of so many skills is incredibly cool and worthy of respect, no matter who is watching you can bet there is deep appreciation of the work/art in your videos.
this is so gorgeous and satisfying to watch the end result!!! it really is a mark of a truly talented craftsman to be able to combine so many skills like sculpting, coding, engineering, and the general artists eye that making it look right and realistic falls under
Bruh. Almost exactly the kinda thing I’d love to have. Biggest differences between this and my dream head would be to have it smaller and more seamless, and also display a wide display of emotions and mouth movements if I speak through it. Unsure how much of that would be animatronic though
Awesome mask! You did a wonderful job on it. It's so cool that it reminds me of the werewolves from the 2004 movie Van Helsing with Hugh Jackman. It's like you made the digital wolves become real. Keep up the great work and I can see you going big in Hollywood or if you don't want to go big that's fine as long as you love doing it. It is your life, you do as you wish with it and don't let anyone tell you any different. YOU'RE AWESOME!
Hermoso trabajo y gran talento, siempre me impresiona cuando alguien puede hacer algo así de la nada y lo buenos que son con las cosas mecánicas al conectar tantas cosas y hacer que funcionen tan bien 10/10
This is the type of content that inspires people to create what they dream of. ✨ Hard work always pays off. More importantly, other people can learn and be inspired to create new things. Awesome job! 🐺❤️
You are amazingly talented. I've wanted to make things like this for years but don't have the funds to do anything. You are so inspiring. Keep doing the good work.
Wow, it takes a hell of a person to be that multi talented!! Youre incredibly skilled in animal anatomy, 3d modeling, electronics, and i dunno the term for it but being crafty and making things with stuff like latex and fur and resin?? I appreciate the amount of both natural talent and practice all of that must have taken!! And the end product too! That wolf looks WICKED, i tell you!
I’ve been looking for whoever actually made this mask everywhere! I’ve seen tones of videos of it but never got the chance to find out where it came from, have you / do you do commissions or pre-made fursuits?
Man if I ever had enough money I'd commission one in a heartbeat lol, These are absolutely stunning! They look exactly like how a werewolf would look!!
This is an absolutely beautiful fursuit, you put so much effort into this, and it 100% shows. As a fursuit maker myself I understand the grueling effort behind trying to make something like this work. I’ve been actually trying to get the ins and outs of my 3-D printer worked out so that I can start making stuff like this. Keep up the great work fam you fucking ate with this🎉🎉🎉 People often compliment creative work until they associate it with furries, due to prejudice or ignorance. To those who deny this is a fursuit because the creator might not be a furry, remember: there's nothing wrong with making a fursuit even if you're not a furry. However, if you're interested in anthropomorphic animal or non-human characters, that technically makes you a furry by definition, whether you embrace the label or not. A fursuit is simply a costume/cosplay of an anthropomorphic non-human character, typically an animal or alien, or what of you. The techniques used in this video are common in fursuit-making. To those who call all fursuits ugly: many fursuits look exactly like this, with realistic eyes and animatronics. Not all suits are the same, and dismissing them all shows a lack of knowledge about the craft. Before commenting, please research to avoid spreading misinformation or bigotry. The furry community and fursuit-making are diverse and skilled art forms deserving of understanding and respect. Thank you for considering this perspective.
Holy cow!!! I don't usually follow pages or channels like this, this just got randomly suggested to me and I'm so glad it did! This is amazing craftsmanship and just impressive as hell. Kinda sad floofy wolf didn't last lol, the prestyled fur was fantastic
Not a furry, but i had a strong were wolf fan boyism phase as a kid and this amount of the hard work is worth nothing but pure respect, GG, you showed it can be done.
This is insane. Just wow! So much time and effort put into every step! Absolutely amazing. I already was wowed when it was just the 3d printed skelton and then it just kept getting more and more amazing!
As amazing as the final product is done, there’s something so cool about the pre-fur/detailing stage that makes him look like he’d fit right into fnaf. It looks just as good imo 🤩
I swear she should use her werewolf mask in a movie or something. It's only the early 2000s movies that have better werewolves ( Van Helsing) but with 2020 werewolf movies they make em' look like humanoid hairless dogs, rats or u can obviously tell the werewolf is fake coz of the cheap costume. 😑🙄 But atleast u put time & effort to make such a lovely semi-realsitic werewolf costume. Keep up the good work! ☺️👍🏾
