Incredible, the fact how much you edited the background is just astonishing I would never suspect that so much have been done in post. It looks totally unrecognizable.

Hab selber im verhältnismässig "hohem Alter" angefangen (Kurz)Filme zu drehen und muss hierbei meinen allergrössten Respekt aussprechen. Ihr habt gecheckt worauf´s ankommt. Die Zeit, das Blut, das Geld, die Nerven und das Durchhaltevermögen dass man hierfür aufgeopfert hat, zahlen sich letztendlich aus. Ich kann nur sagen: Weiter so und hoffentlich können wir Shaun bald als Hollywoods next Filmmaker in Ehren halten!

Absolutely love "Making Of" videos/special features! They're my favorite part of a movie, so I really liked seeing these videos on how you made, what I consider to be, one of the best Star Wars fan films ever!
Mir fehlen wirklich die Worte! Der Film war der Hammer und ich bitte darum, das mehr von dieser Art kommt. :) Ich selber finde es sehr faszinierend, wie man einen Film strukturiert und was alles im Hintergrund an Arbeit steckt. Ich bin einfach nur sprachlos... Jedes einzelne eurer Videos ist atemberaubend. Wenn ich die Chance bekommen würde auch etwas in diese Richtung zu produzieren, würde ich direkt ja sagen. Wie viel Arbeit dahinter steckt, wie viel Leidenschaft, wie viel Herzblut! Ich liebe Star Wars und ich liebe es was ihr macht! It's a shame the sequence between 1:55 - 2:11 was cut out, it's a really, really good sequence! I know it isn't likely but I'd love to see an extended version one day with that footage restored.
I am a big star wars fan and a huge Darth maul fan and this is by far the best fan film I have ever seen I wish u could make an entire Darth maul movie great work the vidoe that's something to be proud of

It is absolutely amazing how much work you have put in to this film, i also how you kept it with in the story of Star Wars, even tough we never hear about Darth Mauls' own temple this short film you've mad makes sense if you think about. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Yes this definitely puts ep 7 to shame and I think a lot of the fan films suck because there almost all the same. A Jedi is hunted by the empire and joins the rebellion or the empire find a rebel base. A lot of the fan films suck to me because there stories suck or if they are good its from a novel like the Revran fan film but I do love it. But this fan film is one of the best. ones I have my own place to live I will hopefully start toured making my own fan film and I am rewriting my script.
This is way too good to have been done just for fun in your spare time cause you're dedicated fans. Did someone donate the funds to produce this? Did you get compensated for all of your hard work, blood, sweat, and tears, along with lost wages from your "day jobs"? Anyways, I think this piece of film is wonderful. You and your peeps should be very proud of this little gem residing so humbly in the realm of RU-vid.

Ein echt sehr schöner Film! Ich als alter Star Wars Fan finde diesen Film echt genial! Er ist so aufwendig gemacht und mit so viel Motivation, danke! Ein Kritikpunkt habe ich, die Explosion der Drohnen sehen ziemlich unrealistisch aus, jedoch weiß ich wie schwer es inst eine solche Animation zu machen! Sehr cooler Film macht weiter so!
Since I know more about it now, I do still like the idea of a sequal, maybee a trilogy around this. I like the alternate ending because it would make a good origin for Rey, where she used the force to travel through time. Probably not actually going to happen, but it would be SO COOL! Effects are amazing too. This is better than any of the prequals for sure.
The whole force traveling thing seems a bit prequel-ish to me. It's an interesting concept but if it ever became canon I wouldn't want Rey to be the character who uses it because I think that it's important not to be too flamboyant with her back story.
