Thanks for keeping the live-action trailers alive! I still think Fallout 4 cinematic intro is one of the best of all time. You can tell when the direction of the concept is done by creatives who "get the game". You should keep an eye out for true fans who are also professionals in video production and content marketing, enlisting passionate people could create something special.
What they mention in the beginning of the video is completely true about Starfield and something that a lot of people are missing. The game is largely about creativity and the imagination; everything isn’t laid out for you and there’s a lot of room to build your own stuff and create your own stories. It’s as much of a sandbox game as it is an open world RPG.
I hope a full track of the "Rocket Man" orchestrial cover used for the trailer comes out, I could listen to that for hours while exploring the world of Starfield.
Thank you Bethesda, along with Zelda TOTK, the best I have played this year and probably the last few years, everything is done in detail, the crimson fleet mission is spectacular.
I wonder if they know the first human with colored eyes that lacked melanin as such was a dark skinned. It's quite interesting that they chose to put a colored girl with colored eyes that aren't sandy brown, brown or dark.
I'm really happy Bethesda gives folks a chance. There are a few star actors here and there but like they said, it was her first shoot and its awesome they give some folks a shot. Same with their VA's, some were never on the radar until Bethesda gave them a chance. Love them or hate them, Bethesda make some peoples dreams come true and place some into the stars. Alex Hays, Evan, and even Shirley when ES6 comes out. For those who aren't with us anymore, we'll see you in the stars.
Real Game Moment: I had a moment on a desolate planet where dim cold sun splayed across the flat surface. I turned around and I thought my eyes were tricking me at first but yes, I watched an off kilter Saturn -like planet slowly sunk over the horizon in real time. 😮 phenomenal
Wow, its amazing seeing things from the game, irl, all the props look amazing, and i love it, truky passionate people and from the heart, i love Bethesda, they are a big part of my life as a gamer.
@cosmic_jon its on my SSD I think. I'm just having issues with delayed sounds, if I shoot an enemy the game stutters and freezes, and sometimes the sound just cuts out entirely
@@yettobe8280 there are 2 mods. Disk cache enabler, or Basic system tweaks. Either of the mod will solve your issue 100%. In fact, I personally had those issues and it solved it for me. I'm in fact playing the game on a HDD. So, it'll benefit your SSD a lot too. Enjoy!
The game is great but none of the cinematics stuff really has any effect on the game and is truly a waste of money. Spend more money on DLC spend more money on fixing horrible game-breaking glitches like the money loading during the space pirate missions. The game is amazing you don't need marketing especially expensive marketing like this with no voice overs at all.
Don't you miss when games were just simple, to the point, containing their own complexity without the additional axillary of Hollywood-esque marketing schemes and gameplay mechanics? Think back to the days of MS-DOS. Games are too hyper-realistic now; they've lost their charm and innocence.
First of all... Indies Secondly, this is a live action trailer for a game. This isn't anything new for Bethesda Thirdly, I'll go back to point 1 - If you're longing for that return to the simpler times, find the thousands of incredible Indie titles out there. You won't be disappointed.
Thank you to all your teams because thanks to you all I am finally in love. I am proud to announce my engagement: yes, Sarah and I are getting married!!!! I don't know how to thank you for the extraordinary adventures you allow me to experience. The game is absolutely magnificent, captivating and very successful in every way. Sarah and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤❤❤💫
75 hrs in and I'm already going back to skyrim. I'm not running the same boring temple 240 times just to upgrade all of my powers. The only thing that can save starfield from mediocrity is MODS.
@@SteadyAscension 21,000 negative reviews on steam, 6/10 metascore, 7/10 ign. Btw most positive steam reviews are around 7/10 anyway the 9/10 and 10/10 scores are either paid shills or mega xbox fans. Don't get me wrong starfield is ok and even good in some areas but the bad things drag it down and the game is really only a 6.5-7/10 tops. Mods will definitly make the game more enjoyable in 2 years time but for now it really isn't worth it.
I really love the game but please don't give up on it. Do updates little bit later on. Such a beautiful game. I've been waiting a long time for this type of game
Like the Game so far, but there are a few things I would like to see. Some suggestions for improvement and expansion: Inverting the Y axis of the right controller stick in photo mode when it is also inverted in gameplay. At the moment the axis is not inverted in photo mode. In some places there are black loading screens... (for example when entering or Leasing a House) why not at least a screenshot of the last ingame Frame? Less loading Screens in General. Compared to other games, that's a strikingly large number. Aliens and underwater! Bring intelligent aliens into the game. A universe without intelligent aliens is like beer without alcohol. Go underwater like No Mans Sky or Subnautica.
suggestion for base building Base building is indeed interesting, but oh my God, it was poorly thought through. There are simply way too many resources, and the means to manage them are simply not there. It seems like the developers equate challenge with boring and annoying mechanics; it just robs all the fun of building a base when the resources are so poorly managed. It’s just no fun handling thousands of containers across multiple outposts. Did you even test this? I have some suggestions on how to make this at least a bit better. 1. Resource containers must hold more. At least double, if not four times as much. Right now, my base feels more like a container port than an outpost. 2. The connections for transferring resources need filters so resources can be sorted. 3. The connections should always work and not just when some machines trigger them from outside. Right now, everything sometimes gets stuck, which is really annoying. 4. Containers that are built next to each other could function as one large container. 5. The links could manage multiple resources - why do I need several of them?! 6. Containers should be able to be named. Visible from the outside.
Heartbroken. I was looking forward to playing this game on playstation 5 for a long time and came to find out that was I was never going to play it cause it only came out on xbox. Ive grew up with ps my whole life and was looking forward to play this. Hence why I will not buy it for xbox. I got into bethesda because of Fallout 4. Sounds lame but their hasnt been any other game i was looking forward to getting beside this one.
Sadly I Gotta say this is probably the slowest Bethesda game I’ve played, it’s just so boring . Too many load screens, repetitive missions. I love every game from you guys but this one is just no good.
Ideas for Improvements for Starfield in the future: I want an Artificial Intelligence Interface in the ship's navigator, with a hologram and a great capacity to be updated, so much so that you can create a being that is like a droid to physically contain the AI . More drones, droids and the ability to create them. Many other alien civilizations that want to conquer space, that there is an intergalactic war in which we can be part. That by destroying another spaceship you can recover modules. If those modules are from alien ships, you have to apply research to reverse engineer them so you can manufacture those parts. That in your base you can set up a factory of parts of this type and thus sell them or use them in your spaceships. I want an improvement inside the spaceship where also, if you leave your ship docked or leave your ship still in space, pirates can board it, and when the ship receives attacks, an alert alarm is activated informing you that you are being attacked or that there are intruders. That when you make jumps in hyperspace you can decide whether to spend all that time in the ship doing something else and contemplating the wormhole, or simply speed up the jump (optional). Remove loading screens, leave graphical transitions. See how the ship traverses the atmosphere, from the moment you decide to enter to land until the landing point (option to accelerate or skip the process). That there could be modular space armor, like in Skirym. That black holes exist. Improve space combat further. That you can have at least one additional ship outside of companion. The possibility of creating immense starships, the possibility of creating outposts in space like a galactic station, yes, the resources to create them are immense and force you to create outposts on planets to mine resources. That you can create turrets/sensors on planets to support attacks on approaching enemy ships in space. Sometimes receiving waves of space attacks and in positions. A small land transport, like a motorcycle at least, that can be designed and manufactured and consume resources such as Helium or that can be mobilized because it has a nuclear reaction core. That reactors and parts for much more powerful spaceships can be investigated. The Possibility of being able to leave your ship into space and repair important areas, obviously having a safety harness. That they can generate better designs in the caves, that are impressive as it was in Skirym. There is no Maximum level in the game, you can always continue leveling up, and the NPCs adapt to these values. The possibility of creating unique structural modules for the spacecraft, which we can mold and decide what their anchor points or type of anchoring will be like. That space modules can be created and that they depend on the material or alloy with which we want to create them, from inorganic materials from mining. This would affect the modules' resistance to different types of weapons.
One of the most boring and uninteresting games I've played, the technical part of the game is also terrible, I can't imagine how in a huge number of years it was possible to give out so much disgusting product, Bethesda is no longer the same
Good game only let big down is the economy cap because of the lack of vendor cash and star ship vendor cash, steal 4 ships sold them, then steal another 4 ships and the vendors have no cash left to buy/sell them to, same as my gold mine produces more gold than the vendors have cash to but it, that is the games only major let down the economy holds you back, its nothing like no man's sky economy's where you can make loads of money from farming plants and ore's and farming ships and sell to your hearts content. ether give the vendors more cash or respawn their cash back sooner will massively improve the game.
en attente de meilleurs performances pour me prononcer, bonne configuration ( RDR2 full utlra en 2K 60 FPS constant) je narrive pas a aller au delà de 30 fps en low... suis jaloux
"grammatical incorrect" *grammatically incorrect There, fixed it for you. I find it extremely entertaining that somebody whinging about the grammatical correctness of pronouns is incapable of using correct grammar themselves.
@smrt9311 . So by your logic it's higher rated than the majority of Playstation games including spider-man lol you tried it but failed, just like you clowns failed miserably by review bombing Starfield and yet it is the most talked about and successful game that has come out right now lol 😆
@smrt9311 . You do realize that ponies have been review bombing Starfield nonstop since before it came out right while other review sites and actually gaming reviews gave it 9 and 10's
Because I am denied education and or shelter... I guess the dream of thieves and idiots must exist. So I wanted ot createa procedural system and your lack luster procedural system is a bit problem mattic and erratic... A better generation mapping system is, Generates a binding loose 2d map, that applies gravity and periods of expulsion and weather and star relations to its position, this is also the planets in the localzied cluster, when solar entertrance, so as things procedurally create an environment its loaded in steps and then saved. So, the entering a new solar system Generates a planetary solar system and planets, with choas and history behind it, which designs the systems, IE saturn has like 300+ satillites (moons). THis is instant data, which would be marked later) THen yo ucna add geneartional data. So a fast rendered 2d map is created and can sim relate. The reason why I think a 2d map creation can work is that rivers and water ways and movements can be generated easier in a 2d map... Then that 2d map is translated to a 3d map and fixed, and cave and housing systems and people can be done the same, for town and village ad rual and citiy devleopment, and you only need a 50 generation mapping typically depending on a planets populace ot make it grow. So cave systems also can be layered in teh same way... to underwater cave systems to 2d mapping... Another thing I have visioned of is back in 2000 destroyable terrain was the the thign and it would regrow... it was a really cool for an engine it was an fps. So, to make a more realistic phase of land generation has be always proposed of particle mapping everything so its all moveable and organic feeling and each particle is classified to its mixture, so it has a moveable denisty, but this woudl make realstic bullet deformations in geometry, combined with how nano interpolates things now, it may be possible for live realistic deformations in a particle planar systems. Maps can be deformable. Also you didn't really push the envelope.. vegetation over haul on how it works is... Plant life on a planet, read th e1980 gravity effects on life... So the transition of light on the planet body, cna havea shadow index to the plants that cause it ot auto animate to the sun. and using a live storm applicaiton from like microsoft simulator you cna add deformation and wind systems that cna push a player making it feel more planetary, which offers impact feed back system. SO vegetation would be planetary design. So life is optimized for effeciency adaptation and energy to grow. The Star produces a wavelength of energy that is optimal to its neighbourhood and only offers alimitation of uses, until ife adapts to synthesize its missing nutrients from a star core. THere is heat, dark, radiation. its a energy field system, but hte most prominent force to life in a complex plant form would be a star.. but heat works but changes the designs, in relation to surviving. So... rather then modeling, using neural netowrk and ai over afew days it can create a vast library and synthetically create 3d moddels and textured well from learning the vast human libraries. Then all yo uneed ot od is make a predicative nad use of the ai system to inputs. So what is hte motivation of hte LIFE/ Plant. IE goals for energy to exist. IE light, hummidity, heat, and reproduction methods, wind, air, seed, evasive injection. This can be utlized in animal life forms. ANimal complexity is interesting, we can use again the 1980 book that analyzes life creation of earth nad oxygen and gravity effects on animals.... IE why dinosaur eras had the most advanced lung capcities and why spiders where massive. Humans have classification groups which cna be utlized by ai systems. Insects can be particle and generated 3d models... the question is realistic or not depends on the populace. Turnign hte graphics down a bit allows a larger population of movement, but using nano shouldn't be the case. You could have worms and bugs when looking at a terrain closely. in the same applicaiton. AI system for plants, water/ both / space (terrestial bound). AI system for animals, broken into categories heirachal systems. IE: Insects, Quad, bi ped etc... Probably 8 cateogories. It may take more time to generate a planet... but.. Running it through more systems would give it a more immersive effect. that is unique... Song birds, to dinosaurs... SO ai systems to auto texture and take peoples arts to instantly make 3d models and animate it is a tremendous industry step towards recreating earth 2.0 in a sense, but its jsut part of the story element of one being the hero in it... THis may have reality effects of removing people from their paths in reality in such an immersive game. The initial load of where you start if in space on planet bound would change the procedural... So in a sense the matrix is closer to the computer system that a program is needed for each category we havel abled in reality, to better control over it and mitigate errors for the user. Then if plants are not operating correctly then things can be changed. Unreal engine in the early days used planner system to help load times ot make maps feel flawless, IE unreal tournment 2003 editor. . A specialed sphere should project around a player, that forces all time all things loaded in that distance, to help avoid map falls, but the floor or surface named ground, can add locator, information of a sub map. IE detecting whe na player falls through geomtry, you cna auto generate blocking data that is massive rather then it being a singular plane nad add a feed back force so its pushing the player up if they ever enter the plane... I don't know.. in the unreal editor when I built some maps. if a Plane was casuing problems I would mannualy make a blocking geoemtry square and never had problems.. Like no way to go through.... I guess 2d map isn't needed in how a operation is made, but the reason going through a proxy system is faster generation to realistic mapping and cna use earthto train the ai model. and then it lists and marks caves etc.. and has elevation in a 2d form saved... Then its transscribed to 3d... and re generated to a finer detail. but meh... Procedural generation is actually pretty old.. since hte inception its just the power of the cpu allows more ofthe enviroment to be generated randomly... but... its not really random, it follows laws of heat nad expansion. IE mercury has water on it... well ice... A more dynaimic enviroment system would reflect a lot of interesting things.. The question is always time... but meh.. thats my rant.
Todd Howard should be fired as soon as humanly possible as his "Keep it Simple Stupid" philosophy is on full display here. As big as a lake and as deep as a puddle, should summarize this game nicely. Even Fallout 76 had very limited underwater exploration and smarter AI then whatever the hell this game is!
Great live action, but you missed out on making it funny... if it had some bugs going on in the background, I would have loved it 😂. If there were people walking into walls. Sitting on invisible crates. Spawning underneath the ships. Ships not travelling with people when they go somewhere. Heads remaining invisible after sneaking. Boxes jiggling because 1 item was in it... oh, and people stuck in the ceiling after a jetpack "malfunction." Personally, I would have found that version so much better and closer to my experience.
