You're very lucky that your husband really supports your passion about plants.😊 I've seen alot of plant moms here on youtube and all their husbands aren't that supportive. In fact they resent their wives because of it, which I find quite unhealthy and toxic to be honest.. I really admire this kind of positive energy in a relationship. 💜 Ladies, do not settle for less. Find someone who accepts and supports you no matter what.. 🙌🏻

Your plant room looks good, Christine. That humidifier is amazing. Hot, cold, and it is automatic, too? That is a smart one. I can totally relate with your humidity problem. Thank you! I hear you, we're all finding our balance while we allow ourselves the freedom to continually grow and evolve. It's very tempting to go super minimal, I was leaning that way for our new bedroom setup until Michael said he really wants plants in there too lol. So I'm rethinking the space, searching for the sweet spot, visual interest without visual noise. ☺️❤️🌿🌱

Thanks Christine for all the plant content! You made me fall in love with plants and now a have quite a few. They have been a source of calm during these crappy times. The only problem is that I can't stop my cats from eating my plants. I try my best to keep them in safe areas but my cats are annoyingly smart and figure out new ways to torture them.

Hi Chrintine. Everytime u do a video. I end up doing reorganizing my house. Also when u do something ur calm and I try to do the same. It doesn't always work but I am trying. Ur such a perfect women. U know how to do everything. Continue doing videos cause I miss ur videos. Love from Canada

I used to have one of these Levoit humidifiers. I ended up throwing it away and filing for a chargeback when seller refused to take it back. It worked fine for a couple weeks, then suddenly went berserk, flooded the room, and damaged the wood floor. I hope that yours does better than mine. Beautiful room! ♥

Making your own distilled water will honestly save you so much money trust me!!! I use it to water my plants and for my humidifier and I’ve saved a ton by just doing that. Because $2 every other day starts adding up especially if you use your humidifier every day! I sure do I’m from vegas where we’re dry year round lol I love the set up by the way so peaceful 🌱

Love the look! ❤ What is the humidity doing to the drywall, wood, etc within the house? Would love to do this for my front room but I worry what it would do to the structure to my home. Yes I live in Canada 🇨🇦 and I have two of those humidifier about two years now and I just love them , I too am doing some reorganization with my plants for I have a lot of plants so I am trying to make one space and work stations for my plants my artwork for I am also artist and chef , cakes decorating e t c . If I can put all of that in one space. If anyone have a suggestion please let know. Thank you.

Looks beautiful but I’d be afraid of mould growing on your walls. That wall board isn’t the water barrier blue that is used in bathrooms.

Thank you! No worries, Michael is a home builder and gave the go ahead for the humidifier in this space, the moisture is much less intense and dissipates faster than in bathrooms. Usually it'll fluctuate between 45-60% but it's not enough to to cause the walls to mold at all. 👍🌿🌱💖

Crazy right?! And more often than not we're around only 10% humidity. Plant leaves be crispin up into dehydrated veggie chips. 😁

@@christinekobzeff Poor thing, I've been the "different" one in a room, too. Once, though, I was impaled by a cactus the same size as yours only mine had 2-inch thorns all over it. One day it fell and naturally I reached out to catch it. It went right through my hand - the webbed part between thumb and index finger. When I pulled it out it became numb with excruciating pain that lasted weeks (poison?). I still have a lot of plants in my house - non with thorns. Happy trails.

I am from the netherlands ,i hope you can understand my englisch. I am following you for a long time now. I always liked youre video’s for youre tips to style youre house. Youre diy, and youre Cristals. How older whe get, how more whe have things in comment. I love plants, and i collect them for a couple of years now. I Also like so much nature elements in the house. My husband and i love to go to thrift stores and find Nice stuf for our home.

I bought a water distiller for about $100. Then you can make your own water. I drink it.

If you leave water in a big jug for 24 hours all the Chlorine and other stuff that plants don't love evaporates out of it! I do that for my plants my dad does it for his fish and its cheaper than buying distilled water!
