Man I love this game! Great to see more of it on the channel. And, the North Star minis are so great especially when kit bashed with the Frostgrave boxes!

I was really hyped to try out Stargrave with the solos missions when it came out. Then something came up, don't even remember what, and the book ended up on the shelf read but unplayed. Hopefully can get some tryout games in next week, since I have the week off and might actually find time to do so.

Building the crew is half the fun of the game! I really like that the First Mate and Captain can have distinct specialities, a real improvement on Frostgrave.

I always liked the frostgrave plastics for kitbashing, and the Stargrave sets are just as good if not better, when combined with frostgrave, ghost archipelago, oathmark. Can't wait for more plastics. As for the game, we're only just starting to play, but I've already started work on my second crew so I can include / try out different captains, first mates , and crew types.

I know it's supposed to be agnostic, but it would be fun to see what kind of lists you can build based on specific settings from the new releases. Could help bring people in if you can relate it to a franchise they really like.

War hammer always seemed really expensive to get into. So I think a Si-Fi skirmish game like this would be a lot more my speed and affordable. Hope to get my hands on it sometime.

Not having played yet, I find it hard to see how the powers balance out and what the best combos are. It's interesting to get your thought process for that part of the game.

Argh, my wife wanted to give me the nickstarter set, but something went wrong and I missed it. She did end up giving me a lovely new N4 book, though. I still need to buy this.
