Making Pork Rinds from Scratch 

Great video John. Fresh made is out of this world! The problem is that once you’ve eaten fresh made you won’t want anything in a bag.

Have you tried them with some of your favorite hot sauce on them. That adds an extra level of flavor.

How do they make microwave pork rinds?

What kind of oil? I can't do vegetable/soybean oil. Can they be fried in lard? Sub'd

How long do cook them in the oven for. What kind oil are you using
