Instructions:
#### Preparing the Dough:
1. *Mix Dry Ingredients:* In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
2. *Add Oil:* Add the oil or ghee and mix it with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. *Knead Dough:* Gradually add water and knead to form a stiff dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.
#### Shaping the Samosas:
1. *Divide Dough:* Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
2. *Roll Out:* Roll each ball into a thin oval or round sheet.
3. *Cut and Fill:* Cut the sheet into halves. Take one half, form a cone by folding the straight edge and sealing it with a bit of water.
4. *Fill Cone:* Fill the cone with the fried meat
5. *Seal:* Seal the open edge by pressing it together and using water to stick the edges firmly.
#### Frying the Samosas:
1. *Heat Oil:* Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
2. *Fry Samosas:* Fry the samosas in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. This should take about 8-10 minutes per batch.
3. *Drain Oil:* Remove and place on a paper towel Enjoy your crispy and spicy homemade samosas!
