Ben you need to make some mutton stuffed samosas!! Ingredients onions caramelized, green chilies cut into tiny teeny bits, minced mutton, coriander leaves aka cilantro , cumin powder, bit of pepper, chilli powder and salt and viola!

You can easily skip coriander in all the recipes, it wont affect the recipe that much.
