Time 17:48...It is likely white chocolate...Not butter. You may need to amend. It is a white chocolate whipping cream.

I wish we had something like this in America. I love that your ingredients are exactly what I use at home when I bake. In the US bakeries they make cakes using ingredients that are harmful like hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup. All bad for our bodies. It's just terrible. Anyways thanks for posting all of your videos. Your bakery is amazing.

The decoration is amazing. It’s funny how different tastes are. In the UK we’d be wanting some jam, chocolate, or buttercream but fruit, sponge and cream sounds quite tasty on its own and looks stunning.
