Making SOURDOUGH BURGER BUNS + [BONUS] How We Do Advent (The Anticipation of Christ's Birth) 

It's almost Christmas, and there is nothing better than a cozy house twinkling with all the lights. I wanted to show you our Advent blocks this year as well as how I make day of Sourdough Hamburger Buns. Enjoy!

Sourdough Buns Recipe:
1 Cup Active Starter
2 Cups Warm Water
2 Eggs
6 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
2 tsp. Salt
Incorporate all ingredients
Let ferment in covered bowl 4+ hours
Form buns and let do a second rise 2 hours or so
Bake at 350 for 10 or 15 minutes
