Today's studio vlog saw me getting creative while dyeing the yarn club. I opened a new tub of dye to find that I'd been sent the wrong colour!! Not an ideal situation but I think I made it work. I also unpack a £2.5K yarn order and chat a little about East Anglia Yarn Festival.

I got stuck in Edinburgh after EYF in 2018 because Exeter Airport closed due to snow. Enjoyed an extra day in Edinburgh courtesy of Flybe.

We've been having four seasons in a day here in the Netherlands. Rain, snow, sunshine, and heavy wind gusts. It's mad right now. I'm currently finishing a hot water bottle cozy and working my way through your older videos. There's also a blanket staring at me, waiting to be finished but I need some time away from that. I'm sending warm weather thoughts so your pipes don't freeze again and positive energy for the last prep of EAYF!

The snow has been mental hasn’t it. Glad that it melted fairly soon. I’ve had 2 finished objects this week so treated myself to a new cast on with a favourite single skein I’ve been saving. Xx see you at the show!

It's funny to me how the UK gets all their snow in March. I'm in Canada and it's MELTING SO MUCH RIGHT NOW. I saw my first patch of grass today XD It's super nice outside. I'm supposed to move to the UK in 2 months, so I'm happy I'll finally be evading winter! Daily checking! ALMOST DONE with my first crochet shawl! Finishing my last row, and then the finishing border. No yarn chicken this time!

After a huge snow storm last week where we got 50 cm of snow in one dumping we are having another today of upward of 20 cm! With more snow predicted next Monday and Tuesday! We have had snow in April so storms this time of year are normal here in Canada!

I love your studio vlogs Hannah. Thank you for sharing with us and for keeping it real. I did giggle at your box wrangling! We had lots of snow too but it was gone by late afternoon. It is 60 degrees Fahrenheit here in Colorado. We haven't had a real snow in a couple weeks and it feels like spring, but you never know here -- it could snow in June.

It’s 60F/15C at 10pm… here in Albuquerque. Spring is trying, but we have also gotten dump with snow in late March/April here, so… Winter might have it’s final say yet. I did finally cast on on my So Faded (for my bday), so far it’s a fun knit. Can’t wait to see you 3.14 colorway. 🥧 😊

Channeling thoughts that make sure the pipes arent frozen! I think i heard that there was a Polar blast that went through hence the snow…here in sydney it’s VERY hot…last Monday we had a 37 degree day…i was in the office in air con all day and it felt like the surface of the sun when i left 😬

Hoping to come to the yarn festival, and the weather has been crazy here today, I'm about 20mins South of Cambridge and now there is lots of standing water everywhere!

I feel like between you and Mario, a hand truck is in order. You might want to get a full spectrum light. My sister and brother-in-law have one that they bask in while drinking coffee in the morning, and they say it helps quite a bit with motivation. I'm a Troglodyte Code Monkey so I just take Vitamin D. I'm in the last class of my Computer Science degree and looking for work (I graduate May 1st, and the job market is....eeek!), so I haven't had much time to knit, but I'm on the foot of my second sock in the Sea Hag Sturdy DK. I can't wait. We are also having one of our chillier winters to date. My sister is a gardener and she keeps looking at the sky and muttering balefully about the state of her seed starts.

I'm in Ottawa Canada, and we have a Lot of snow... and expecting more on Monday and Tuesday I believe... 5 to 10cm is what is called for. I'm currently working on a Flax light and thinking of getting the dye pots out to play with some colours. I hope everything works out for you and your show prep!

I'm not a "green" person, but the clairvoyance turned out gorgeous! Do you have a video explaining how to pre-order yarn from shops like yours? I've looked at your site and a few others, but haven't figured out how to order from any yet when there isn't a standing stock ready to buy. Edit: I'm in the desert southwest part of Texas. We've been around 75-80*F (what is that, about 25*C?) and sunny, but we haven't had second winter yet and the elder trees are not flowering yet. (they're the only ones that don't get frozen every year)

I'm sure it exists. It's not been cold enough to freeze the pipes before so I haven't had to think about/worry about it. It's not common for us to get such cold temperatures! x
