And we can call it something catchy like vault-r-us or vault-stone or vault-tec On second thought remove that last one that's a silly name for something cool
Alternative for the inventory clearing system: shower the player with 27 items that can't stack together, similar to the I'd cards, and if a hopper picks any of them up, don't open.
Could work with some improvements but you could just drop said items they want to take into the vault then do that 27 non stackable items system then drop those later and pick back up their stuff. Maybe in a different system it could work

honestly something to make it better would be to automatically open the vault when the card gets put into the shulker box after sorting, instead of a separate card scanner
Late to this thread, but you could add barrier blocks outside the vault to prevent people destroying the vault walls, regardless of what they are made of. Alternately, a layer of ugly bedrock could be used to protect the internal structure from damage.

I think he's referring to the fact that he used bedrock in the build itself. That's impossible in survival. Or at least, it is impossible in the current version. Before 1.13, it is just extremely convoluted and relies on multiple glitches and a lag spike.

Great Idea! Now anyone that enters can take your ID while you're in the vault, trapping you. And they can take your unsecured items without even stepping into the building!
wait i just realized- people can use and ender chest, shulker box, or normal chest, place it next to the beds, and put all your items in it. then upon respawning, take your items back. ik that this is a joke and isnt fully meant to be practical, but its just a thought.
Instead of killing someone to make sure they dont have any items. maybe he could force a player to hold the most amount of items possible in their inventory and the next door will only open if at least that many items are somewhere to send a strong enough signel to the door This would make the system usualable for hardcore too then which some people are probably more protective of their stuff in

@@ThatGuyMentos SciCraft is guys taking minecraft survival to the utmost extreme possible end. You should check out their video. They have redstone machines to mine out entire biomes. An ender pearl launcher that launches you 8000 blocks in seconds. A slime farm with the biggest storage system in minecraft history. The biggest ice farm possible. All using vanilla minecraft in survival. SciCraft is what happens when programmers think: "Hmm... I don't want to beat the game. I want the game to beat the server it runs on."

I’ve been PC gaming since the mid 90s and when I first saw minecraft I didn’t understand the attraction, I mean, the textures looked no better than the original doom! I stayed clear of it for 10 years ….. until my 8year old son started playing it……. I’m 47, It’s 2:40am and I’m in work at 8am. I’m hooked!
